It’s that companies who should get or actually needed it drained the funds where actual small businesses that needed it couldn’t get it. I gotta believe this is gonna be like what happened in the spring where a couple of individual conference tournaments were cancelled but then the dominoes started falling and within a day or two there was no more march madness.
