Whoever he owes money to has to go first after the assets of the business, then after his personal assets. But there probably is not a lot of juice to squeeze out of him. Second, there is zero fucking chance pre-nup or otherwise that this case isn't settled largely outside of the courts. The weight a pre-nup holds varies state to state, and the last thing Trump wants is discovery bringing his actual assets to public light.
