To be fair, I grew up hunting and shot my first gun when I was 6 and I turned out fine. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with that.

Sounds like this may be a more widespread strategy. A Portland General Electric (PGE) substation near Clackamas, OR (bordering the southeast edge of Portland) was attacked in November.
