My thinking was that the best way to go about this one is going with an herby mashed so you don't miss the dairy. Half russet, half yellow on the potato side, a good helping of salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, thinly sliced chives and thyme, a couple sticks of Miyoko's cultured European unsalted butter, and some Forager half & half...or maybe Tofutti sour cream. you probably need something to thin it out a little, probably vegetable stock

marioandsonic
It's been a week since my grandmother got Covid. I called her this morning, and while she's still feeling tired and is still ill, she says she's feeling much better. I'm very relieved by that.
CitizenVectron
More than a third of 83 people who attended Ohio wedding test positive for Covid-19 WWW.NBCNEWS.COM Among those to contract the virus were the newlyweds and their grandparents. Quote “I didn't think that almost half of our wedding guests were gonna’ get sick,” Mikayla Bishop told the station. “You're in the moment. You're having fun. You don't think about COVID anymore." MarSolo
Are those at home covid tests reliable? My sister wants Thanksgiving at her place, and demands everyone have a negative test before we show up (smart), but I’m not sure these things are reliable even if my insurance is the one covering the costs. It's not really as smart as it sounds. Could be a false negative, could still in incubation period and show up negative, could still get the disease after your test but before Thanksgiving, etc etc.
