What will end up happening is it will be distributed to a few select population centers while everyone else has to deal with the virus. But Trump will now use this authorization to push to reopen schools and other sectors of the economy. This will cause cases to soar again, and there won't be enough plasma to go around to treat all of these newly infected people. Also, Azar said this is only helpful for people who are already sick.
