I'm reading this comic that is pretty close to literally a woman trying to nope her way out of all the horror shit happening around her. There's are good stories to tell in that scenario. The most intriguing part was the woman with the face veil. Not sure if she's just a character who happens to have a disfigurement or if it's indicative of what's to come. It’s disappointing if you’re expecting a more linear progression from Get Out, but it felt like a more honest slasher homage with moments of levity and absurdity thrown in.
