But considering all things tend to just get smaller with Manchin, this is quite a turnaround to see a bill go from just Medicare drug negotiation after climate was slashed to climate and taxes back in.

She didn't push for anything, story after story was about how her demands were ephemeral and basically didn't exist. She was latching on to Manchin's "bipartisan" vibes.

So yup, this is going to the Senate floor next week.

They will call the bill the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 and said in a joint statement the Senate will consider it next week.

 

 

With gay marriage after recess, looks like, along with the bipartisan election reform bill.
