Remarkableriots
I love shark steaks but haven't found it available the last few times i went to the supermarket. Seems like the seafood departments have shrunk from what i remember. They don't even have the lobster tanks anymore at least at the stores near where i live. CastlevaniaNut18
I love almost all seafood. It’s a tossup between raw oysters and boiled crawfish.
Fizzzzle
I've never been able to get down on raw oysters, except one time where I picked one at low tide and raw dogged it on the spot. That was good. I don't know if they just rapidly Degrade as soon as they're removed or something

Mr.Vic20
Its a toss up between a perfect crab bisque and sushi for me! Its actually a food category I love so much that I find it difficult to really pick a favorite. Like most things, its mood based like music, art, etc.

I guess the biggest difference would be in how its marinated.. ceviche is mostly lemon/lime marinade so its more tangy flavored along with whatever herbs or spices are used (onion, cilantro, etc) in addition its generally eaten on a tostada. the acidity if the limes cooks and changed the texture if the meat used (crab, shrimp etc)
