atom631 Posted May 2 Share Posted May 2 still playing Helldivers 2. cant believe Im not bored with it yet. The gameplay is just so fun. Also been playing BF2042 again. Ive been really enjoying the last 3 maps - Redacted, Haven and Stadium (which just released). These are smaller infantry only maps and total meat grinders. However, I wish they had a map selector so I can rotate between these 3. Last few weeks they had "Rehaven" which was Redacted and Haven on rotation, but now that Stadium released, they took it away. I’m down with my in-laws for a handful of days, on bereavement from work, my brother-in-law died unexpectedly on Sunday. Not a whole lot going on outside of services, but husband wants to be with his parents and I’m here for him. But I did bring my Switch and Deck to occupy my time. This game seriously feels like an old PS1 game with only a few QoL tweaks. I'm really enjoying my time. It was really immersive mostly as an anxiety driven rush into the future and you are in the drivers seat and see how bad this one mark is but you need to hit that mark and are like ahhh and then you just barely miss it. Most are perfectly…fine but I’m also awful at any scrolling shoot ‘em ups. I may do the same with all the other consoles available just to see if anything stands out.
