If the acts are large singing groups, anything that requires stunts or physical skills, or some other oddity, then they should immediately get booted. Why? I actually really enjoy it as almost every game/genre has some vibrant community. But you have to walk on egg shells in some of the threads (I've enjoyed watching a few people suspecting I was a sleeper cell alt-right dude get perma'd for dismissing misogyny or something). I enjoy posting in both places because here, it's just fun to talk, get goofy in some threads, talk games in a more "intimate" setting, and while Wade gets really angry at things he doesn't like that we do, he's only really perma'd the shittiest shitstains who ever shit. On Reset, it's also cool to meet a bunch of people who are fans of whatever, have long threads about each piece of news, etc. Best of both worlds! So it's not that the board as a whole does it; it's that many people who do are attracted to that, even though many who post there are also sane as fuck. And some people get suspicious if you're not completely repeating their talking point, so they think you're speaking to the contrary because you're really alt-right but are trying to come off as a "sensible" liberal. Those people are weird. I don't think Reset requires a paid email. GAF definitely did, but now it's gone the other way where people who stayed go, "Every time, the people who left for Reset say, 'I'm not posting on a board headed by a sex offender.
