Bloomberg's campaign manager was on CNN, and the news is that Bloomberg will focus solely on Sanders tonight. The debate begins at 8 eastern. The primary is Saturday.

Bloomberg is totally out of touch, and doesn’t have an ounce of charisma. I suspect anyone he targets with his cringe will end up actually benefitting. He’ll target socialism, and say some ra ra capitalism shit, but any traction that message gets will be in spite of Bloomberg, not because of him.

Fuck Bloomberg. He needed to allow one of the centrist candidates already there try to carry the ball. The guy is an embarrassment and is causing the vote to get split even more. Regardless, Sanders is picking up a lot of votes as centrists fall, so he is pretty much the nominee. Biden has a shot to come back if he gets a win in South Carolina, but it is extremely small.

A reasonably competent and/or intelligent moderator and/or candidate would ask Sanders to explain what he views as the differences between "social democracy" and "democratic socialism" and what he views as the inherently superior attributes of one over the other.

But I doubt that any of the candidates with the possible exception of the Mayoist and certainly no moderator could even conceive of such a question.

Yeah I think we can confirm that

I would love to hear him answer that without resorting to talking about how we are already a socialist country for the rich. I want to hear why he uses the term and how it differs from social democracy.
