I just worked for an old guy the other day that told me how his achilles tendon snapped walking down his hallway at home. It was like a year long recovery for him. He was like 75 years old though. I mean, did you do a lot of sports in your youth, or did you previously injure it, or is this "just one of those things" that happens when you're above 30?
