Attack of the Fanboy - 5 / 5

Resident Evil 4 is not only a survival horror masterpiece, but also one of the finest video games ever created.

ComingSoon.net - 10 / 10

Capcom fundamentally understood why Resident Evil 4 is a classic and used that knowledge to develop a scarier and more action-packed version of the game that also honors the puzzle-oriented nature of the other installments. The harmonious fusion of these pieces has made it the ultimate Resident Evil game, a top-tier remake, and an overall masterpiece.

Digital Spy - 5 / 5

What Capcom has done is less of a re-imagining and more a celebratory culmination of all the series' ideas. Resident Evil 4 is an absolute blast, retaining all its bombastic and over-the-top ideas while injecting some more modern horror and quality-of-life changes. It's a must for any Resident Evil fan, and if you’re new to the series, what a great place to start!

Easy Allies - 10 / 10

Capcom's new remake of Resident Evil 4 is a masterclass in horror, improving even on the legendary original work.

FingerGuns - 10 / 10

More than just another port or lazy remake, this version of Resident Evil 4 is everything you could ask for. It looks beautiful, but keeps its original feel. It has improvements that modernise yet don’t detract and, most importantly, is just as much fun now as it was back in 2005. A must-have for both series fan and latecomers.

GGRecon - 5 / 5

Simply put, the Resident Evil 4 Remake is as action-packed as the original and keeps to the same sincere vision whilst updating on graphics, controls and all the other modern comforts of gaming that we come to expect.

If you're a franchise fan that's been there from the start, come for the excellent reanimation of one of gaming's finest. If you're a newcomer, come for campy atmosphere and superlative visuals. Whatever you come for, be sure to stay for bingo.

GameByte - 10 / 10

It’s hard to really sell just how perfect Resident Evil 4’s remake is. You’d think after countless re-releases and ports that Capcom wouldn’t have the energy for this anymore, but not only has it treated the source material with the utmost respect, but has also paved the way for an experience that may even surpass the 2005 original.

GameSkinny - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake improves upon one of the most influential games of all time.

GameSpot - 10 / 10

Capcom raises the bar for what a good remake is and simultaneously preserves Resident Evil 4's legacy as a genre-defining experience and one of the greatest games of all time.

GamesHub - 5 / 5

The Resident Evil 4 remake features several smart choices that help it feel true to the original, but also shapes the adventure into something that overall feels more cohesive, modern, and thrilling than ever. It’s a stellar example of how to revitalise a classic.

GamingBolt - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 perfectly captures the tone and strengths of the original game, while also managing to improve upon it in truly meaningful ways. In doing so, it once again becomes a standard-bearer for the survival horror genre, while also setting a new bar for Capcom as a developer, for video game remakes, and for the Resident Evil franchise as a whole.

GamingTrend - 100 / 100

Resident Evil 4 was a 10/10 game when it was released and remains so to this day. Despite the years since its initial release, Leon's adventure has held up incredibly well thanks to a combination of fantastic gameplay, a fun story, campy characters, varied environments, and a lengthy campaign. Now with a new facelift which modernizes the gameplay while providing an incredible graphical update, adding thrilling new set pieces, and expanding the story, RE4 easily retains its spot amongst the best games ever.

Gfinity - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 remake breathes fresh life into the beloved game, delivering a perfect upgrade on the gameplay, story, and aesthetics of a horror classic.

Giant Bomb - 5 / 5

Capcom raises the bar for remakes – again.

God is a Geek - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake has done the impossible, and improved upon a masterpiece in every conceivable way.

Guardian - 5 / 5

This reimagining includes all the design knowledge of the whole series, from the awkward shuffling tension of the first version to the gory horror of Resident Evil 7

IGN - 10 / 10

The Resident Evil 4 remake is the series' most relentlessly exciting adventure rebuilt, refined, and realised to the full extent of its enormous potential.

MonsterVine - 5 / 5

Resident Evil 4 Remake is both an incredible game and a brilliant remake. Everything great about the original game is present and often expanded upon while its weaker parts have been smoothed out and improved. Once you get used to its slower pace, you’re in for a riveting and spooky thrill ride that you won’t be able to put down.

Nexus Hub - 10 / 10

Capcom have done the impossible and made a remake that not only stands toe-to-toe with the original, but outshines it in plenty of areas too. The Resident Evil 4 remake is an extraordinary reimagining that honours its counterpart while giving it a more impactful coating of horror and suspense.

Niche Gamer - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4‘s remake does what the first Resident Evil remake does for the franchise. It expands upon an incredible foundation and creates fresh material while remixing existing scenarios that were sacred. Capcom was very careful with the changes and has delivered another excellent experience that honors the original’s legacy.

PlayStation LifeStyle - 10 / 10

The Resident Evil 4 remake is a remarkable achievement that walks the fine line between action and horror, appealing to both old and new fans of the series.

PowerUp! - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 was one of the greatest games ever made and the remake stands alongside it shoulder to shoulder.

Press Start - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 translates a game already revered into an absolute masterpiece. The tension is heightened and the combat is stronger than ever, all while still maintaining the corny dialogue and humour that the original game was known for. While there are a few minor aspects missing, Resident Evil 4 is a strong example of what any remake should be and is well worth your time.

Push Square - 10 / 10

Nearly 20 years later, Resident Evil 4 is just as much of a masterpiece today as it was in 2005. Capcom has faithfully remade a genuine classic by bringing it into the modern age and kitting it out with new content, tremendous combat, and striking visuals. What was there before was already enough to consider Resident Evil 4 one of the best games of all time, but now it earns that title in 2023 off the back of better environments and sublime action. This is Resident Evil at its absolute pinnacle; an utterly outstanding experience that will live long in the hearts of longtime fans while inducting a whole new generation of supporters.

Saving Content - 5 / 5

Where RE2 and RE3 laid the groundwork for re-envisioning what classic games in this franchise (or any other) could be, Resident Evil 4 pushes all of that to new heights to create something that is simultaneously incredibly faithful to the original material, but updated in every meaningful way possible. This is the ultimate, hands-down, best version of the game you can possibly play. It’s a phenomenal achievement and it’s truthfully hard to imagine how CAPCOM could top themselves beyond this aside from whatever RE9 ends up being. I cannot recommend this game strongly enough. The hype is real, you should buy into it, and let it get its filthy meat hooks into you. There’s never been a better time to play Resident Evil 4, nor a better way to play.

Shacknews - 10 / 10

I say this without reservations: Resident Evil 4 remake improves upon a masterpiece in ways that will make it hard to go back to the original. It might very well be the most perfect horror-action game I’ve ever played.

SomosXbox - Spanish - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 succeeds for two key reasons: to keep the game as we knew it, but only touching what needed to be touched for the experience to be full. While it is true that it is not as surprising as the previous two (especially Resident Evil 2), mainly because the original game is not so old, Capcom has been very smart keeping the bulk of the story and gameplay and polishing only what needed it.

TheGamer - 5 / 5

Resident Evil 4 has been reimagined with a better pace, clearer story, and without all of the bloat that held the original back from reaching perfect.

TheSixthAxis - 10 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake is a more mature and darker take on Leon's Euro Trip that constantly plays with your expectations and prior knowledge. The core narrative stays true to the original, but it's not afraid to make some significant changes, while the new gameplay flow lends itself brilliantly for repeated runs for specific challenges that I'm already planning. I'm eagerly awaiting the Mercenaries mode as the hard hitting combat should be perfect for high score chasing, but in the meantime Leon is about to have a bad day all over again.

VG247 - 5 / 5

I can’t express enough how excited I am to see the community’s reactions to these changes, and to see others experience the story of Resident Evil 4 on such a grand scale for the first time. Sure, there’ll be some disappointed to see their favourite moment has been lost to time, but I am confident the Remake will pleasantly surprise even the most nostalgia-addled of players.

VGC - 5 / 5

Resident Evil 4 is a careful restoration of what remains one of the most compelling action games ever made. The core elements which make the original such a compulsive hit all remain, reminding us that sometimes the secret for these big re-releases is knowing where to remake, and where to remaster.

WellPlayed - 10 / 10

Serving as both a clever and adoring return to a classic, and an imaginative, mechanically-perfected look to the future, Resident Evil 4 is Capcom's best work and a new crown jewel for the long-running franchise.

Areajugones - Spanish - 9.5 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake is the perfect representation of how to build the remake of a video game. Absolutely EVERYTHING of the Capcom classic has been recreated with an almost insane technique and taste, and especially those who enjoyed the original at the time will be able to marvel not only at what it is really a new generation video game, but a rebirth with all the law.

Atomix - Spanish - 95 / 100

Beyond nostalgia and of course, the importance of preserving history, I no longer find much reason to be. Capcom's work is almost impeccable and worthy of everyone's attention.

CGMagazine - 9.5 / 10

For those who loved playing the original, Resident Evil 4 Remake is a fantastic reexamination of one of the best games ever made. For those who are experiencing it for the first time, it’s an excellent survival horror game that’ll make you want to play more.

COGconnected - 95 / 100

Although Resident Evil 4 remains true to its roots with some cringy dialogue, Capcom alters several elements to improve the overall experience. These range from narrative segments to gameplay mechanics and all of which refine the masterpiece to create the definitive version of the game.

Game Informer - 9.5 / 10

The Resident Evil 4 remake is about everything I could've wanted.

GameGrin - 9.5 / 10

Capcom faithfully recreates their beloved masterpiece; the Resident Evil 4 remake will bring the classic story to a new generation and I firmly believe they will love it.

Gaming Nexus - 9.5 / 10

Capcom continues to push the Resident Evil franchise forward with their pristine remake of Resident Evil 4. Few words can describe how much love was poured into this well crafted survival horror experience that will continue to stand the test of time as a masterpiece.

Generación Xbox - Spanish - 95 / 100

Capcom demonstrates its mastery with the franchise with a title simply second to none in fun. This remake offers maximum respect for everything we liked about the original while leaving us fascinated with its renewed artistic design.

LevelUp - Spanish - 9.5 / 10

Capcom has once again succeeded in recreating a masterpiece in a manner that faithfully captures the spirit of the original while also evoking new emotions that challenge expectations. This remake does far more than simply recreate the past; it is an excellent reinvention. Capcom has raised the bar for what is expected of a remake while simultaneously preserving an enviable legacy. Without a doubt, Resident Evil 4 remains the experience that defined genres and stands as one of the greatest games of all time.

PSX Brasil - Portuguese - 95 / 100

Resident Evil 4 Remake manages to live up to the original classic, offering a campaign that has a constant feeling of newness. There are many changes, but the final balance is quite positive. It is a must-have title for any RE or RE4 fan.

PlayStation Universe - 9.5 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake is a masterclass in action-horror. The game not only maintains the spirit and gripping gameplay of the original, but expands on it with some meaningful mechanics and fleshes out areas that were previously lacking. Even if you haven't played the original version, Resident Evil 4 is easily one of the best horror games on PS5 right now and a must-have for your collection.

TechRaptor - 9.5 / 10

Resident Evil 4 is not only better than the original game, but it's simply the best Resident Evil game out there.

Worth Playing - 9.5 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake does a hell of a job arguing why a video game classic needed a remake. It straddles the line between loyalty to the original and providing a fresh experience better than even Resident Evil 2 Remake did. Pretty much every new gameplay mechanic and design choice leads to a more engaging and enjoyable game. I can't say that it replaces the original, but it's a damn fine companion, and most people wanting to experience RE4 for the first time will likely gravitate to the remake. Either way, it is a must-play for Resident Evil fans, and RE4 Remake is already a strong contender for one of the best games of the year.

Tom's Hardware Italia - Italian - 9.4 / 10

Resident Evil 4 is simply an excellent sequel, a clever remake and a splendid third-person action, easily enjoyed without knowing anything about the rest of the series.

GamePro - German - 93 / 100

Resident Evil 4 shows what a really good remake is made of and offers the best and extremely versatile action horror, even for newcomers.

IGN Italy - Italian - 9.3 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake is a remarkable recreation of the original game, aimed at both the original players and the newcomers.

GAMES.CH - German - 92%

The new Resident Evil 4 is just one of the best game remakes so far. Capcom finds a fantastic way between modernizing the game and implementing new (and more comfortable) features on the one hand and staying true to the classic and various elements that Resi fans have fallen in love with. If you're a fan of the original or just like action-based survival-horror games, you need to play it.

Hobby Consolas - Spanish - 92 / 100

The original was so groundbreaking that it even holds up with the guy today, but this remake shows that there was a lot of room for improvement. It doesn't matter if you knew Leon's original adventure or not, with this trip to "deep Spain" you will spend it like never before.

Impulsegamer - 4.6 / 5

Resident Evil 4 Remake is a faithful reimagining that brings the beloved survival-horror classic into the modern era with a host of new features, content tweaks and graphical updates.

Spaziogames - Italian - 9.2 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake certifies Capcom's state of bliss. With a smart re-design of old areas, no more QTEs, knife management and a decisive step forward in graphics and sound design, the immortal classics returns with its best version to date.

The Games Machine - Italian - 9.1 / 10

A polished remake in every respect. Capcom has done an incredible job of expanding, enhancing, and modernizing a great classic, and the mission has been nailed in full ... minus a few marginal flaws

But Why Tho? - 9 / 10

While Resident Evil 4  is a remake, it stays true to the core of the original. The revamped gameplay, additional and expanded plot beats, and optional activities only add more depth and ease of play to an already fantastic game that already knew how to scare its players.

Cultured Vultures - 9 / 10

Resident Evil 4 is a worthy companion piece to survival horror royalty that's sure to go down as one of the year's best games.

Digital Trends - 4.5 / 5

Resident Evil 4 finally gets the remake it deserves: a total reimagining that's every bit as bold and unpredictable as the original.

Digitally Downloaded - 4.5 / 5

Despite failing to recapture lightning in a bottle, Resident Evil 4 remake stands on its own merits as a game of impeccable quality.

Everyeye.it - Italian - 9 / 10

Exciting, recognizable and modern, Resident Evil 4 is the example of how to make a remake.

Fextralife - 9 / 10

This classic title gets some much needed love in terms gameplay handling, graphics, combat and more. This remake provides a much smoother experience while still keeping that nostalgic feel. It's ode to keeping close to the original is what fans will appreciate, but now the experience will feel much more complete and more welcoming for newer players in terms of controls. A fun updated survival horror classic.

Game Revolution - 9 / 10

While there are some small niggles that I would have loved to see perfected, this remake exceeds expectations, perfectly balancing the action with the horror and cementing Resident Evil 4 as my favorite game in the series.

GamesBeat - 4.5 / 5

There is a chance that fans of the original won’t take to this altered version well, and some of the elements in the above section do keep it from being a perfect experience. Even leaving aside the fact that it’s a remake, it’s still a solid game overall, and it’ll give joy for new players who experience this refreshed and renewed Resident Evil 4.

GamesRadar+ - 4.5 / 5

The combat, while generally excellent, does also have some occasional irritations

Hardcore Gamer - 4.5 / 5

It may have been sold on seemingly every platform on the planet, but finally we have a proper remake to the 2005 classic.

IGN Spain - Spanish - 9 / 10

Resident Evil 4: Remake manages to improve the original proposal becoming one of the best titles in the series by its own merits.

Inverse - 9 / 10

Resident Evil 4 mixes high-octane action, thrills, scares, and cinematic moments that exemplify what this series does best. If you never played the 2005 original — or any Resident Evil game at all — this is a great place to start.

Metro GameCentral - 9 / 10

More a reimagining than a straight remake but despite the difficulty of recapturing lighting in a bottle, this is both a loving tribute to the original Resident Evil 4 and a great game in its own right.

Noisy Pixel - 9 / 10

Resident Evil 4 remains a divisive entry in the series as it caters to fans of survival horror and action within a well-crafted gaming experience. The updated narrative, by far, makes this a solid entry as it fills in plot holes and provides character growth that wasn't present before. The atmosphere and level design only enhance the enjoyment, but the popcorn action structure of the final area hurts the overall pacing. Still, this is undeniably a stellar remake of an already fantastic game.

Saudi Gamer - Arabic - 9 / 10

A remake that adds as much as it subtracts and improves while also being a letdown in some cases. Still, this doesn't stop it from being an unforgettable, intensive experience, albeit an uneven one.

The Outerhaven Productions - 4.5 / 5

Resident Evil 4 improves on the original by changing the story just enough to keep players guessing, and adding new details that help with bringing the game more in line with the remakes of the previous two games, leading into the newer games in the series like Resident Evil VII and Resident Evil: Village. However, there are times when you can see the age of the original creep in, and some lazy asset use too, not to mention there are some bad graphical glitches in the review copies that I pray are fixed with the day one patch. Taking my personal bias out of this was hard, but I still couldn't see it as the masterpiece everyone else will be calling it.

TrueAchievements - 9 / 10

"Resident Evil 4 is brilliant" is a statement that rings as true today as it did almost 20 years ago, with Capcom turning in yet another fantastic remake that revives and, to a degree, reinvents a classic for a new generation.

Twinfinite - 4.5 / 5

Resident Evil 4 Remake is further proof that Capcom knows exactly what made these games so beloved in the first place, and longtime fans will find a lot to love in this brilliant recreation of the 2005 classic.

We Got This Covered - 4.5 / 5

Following in the footsteps of its other remakes, Capcom smashes Resident Evil 4 out of the park. The gameplay, controls, and story are all wonderfully familiar yet still feel updated and fresh. The remake cranks the ambiance up to a 12, and tension serves as a constant companion while you make your way through the game's gorgeously rejuvenated world.

Xbox Achievements - 90%

A remake full of changes and adjustments that stays true to the spirit of the original, Resident Evil 4 can't be seen as anything but a complete success. Some may malign what's missing, but the areas that have been added or expanded more than make up for what's been taken out. This is brilliant stuff.

XboxEra - 9 / 10

After I completed the game, I couldn’t wait to start it over again, and I never thought that with any of the previous action-oriented RE titles. Whether you’re a fan of the original or tend to gravitate towards the non-action-oriented games in the series, I think Resident Evil 4 Remake is well worth your time.

GameWatcher - 8.5 / 10

Although Resident Evil 4 is a superb remake, it still exists in the shadow of what made the original so important. However, the parry system stands out as the most welcome change to the largely familiar proceedings. At its core, the game remains the same stupendous spectacle of action horror it always was, but with arguably even higher intensity.

Prima Games - 8.5 / 10

Whether you're completely new to the game like me or fully completed the game at release, Resident Evil 4 Remake offers all the tension and thrills you've come to expect from the franchise.

SECTOR.sk - Slovak - 8.5 / 10

The final grade is actually a summary of different perspectives on the game, and I'll use a relatively fresh comparison to help. I consider Resident Evil 4 to be a better game than Dead Space, but that applies to the originals. The new Dead Space is actually a better remake than the new Resident Evil 4. Additionally, it's hard to shake off the feeling that there's missing content in the game. It's as if Capcom didn't learn from the criticism they received with the Resident Evil 3 remake. Despite all that, it's still a very high-quality survival horror.

Wccftech - 8.5 / 10

The new Resident Evil 4 is well worth it for fans of the series, just keep your hopes slightly in check and you won’t be spin-kicked by inflated expectations.

Daily Star - 4 / 5

A must-buy for Resident Evil fans. And well worth a look for those seeking an incredibly challenging, stressful horror game where you never feel like you’ve got enough ammo to survive.

Enternity.gr - Greek - 8 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake is really close to the original, correcting mistakes of its predecessors, but without being flawless.

Gameblog - French - 8 / 10

Revisiting such another cult classic game, after the remake of Resident Evil 2, wasn't an easy task. In the end, Capcom did a fantastic job and Resident Evil 4 Remake is easily one the best episodes ever released.

PC Gamer - 80 / 100

Resident Evil 4 remake is a great game in its own right, but can't hold a candle to the original.

PCGamesN - 8 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake improves on the visuals, mechanics, and moment-to-moment experience of one of the best games ever made, but the source material casts an inescapable shadow, both in its renown and its treatment of its leading woman.

Stevivor - 8 / 10

The Resident Evil 4 remake is a darker, more intense and safely faithful remake of one of the greatest games of all time. It’s the best way to play for new players with updated controls and a modern styling. It avoids the missteps of RE3 remake by staying very true to its source material – so close that it's reluctant to make improvements for fear of changing too much.

Tom's Guide - 4 / 5

As a remake, Resident Evil 4 is a seriously impressive conversion of a classic. It packs just about everything that made the original great while sanding down many, but not quite all, of the rough edges.

Destructoid - 7.5 / 10

The best I can say is that it is an earnest effort at recapturing the magic, and it’s worth checking out. It remains, as it always was, maddeningly inconsistent.

Cubed3 - 7 / 10

It is difficult to not be blinded by nostalgia, especially when a game has been part of the ongoing zeitgeist of the franchise for nearly 20 years. Resident Evil 4 Remake is, by intention, an unfaithful love letter. The remake has changed certain story beats, altered movement, overhauled combat and revised the visuals. Those jumping in for the first time in 2023 may not understand the hype surrounding this particular entry in the series, but remember that a lot of modern games owe their DNA to Resident Evil 4, even if they have perfected it since.

DualShockers - 7 / 10

Resident Evil 4 Remake asks the bold question of whether you can perfect what many already consider perfection. While fairly competent at the basics, Capcom's latest remake has the least creative energy of its series revivals, leaving you wanting for much more.

Siliconera - 7 / 10

Capcom created a complete reimagining of Resident Evil 4 through this remake, which may leave some fans feeling lukewarm as it pivots further away from horror and straight into action.

For all of the rough edges that it smooths over, RE4 pulls off the same trick that RE2 did in 2019, making a groundbreaking but now dated game feel brand-new again.

Rock, Paper, Shotgun - RPS Bestest Bests

Part reimagining, part dutiful modernisation, the Resident Evil 4 remake is silly, bold and brash, sure, but unashamed of its past and happy to relish in its inspirations. The scale of what Capcom has achieved here is remarkable.

Unboxholics - Greek - Masterpiece

Resident Evil 4 Remake is undeniably one of the best remakes we've seen in recent years and one of the cases that helped to show even to the most skeptical (yes, I'm talking about me) the greatness of Sinji Mikami and his then golden team's work. Without get rid all of its vulnerabilities, the remake brings one of the greatest video games of all time beautifully into 2023.

Anyone who thinks RE4 ever had even an ounce of horror in it should not be allowed to review games, not even user reviews.

I'm pretty excited for this. I really wanted to wait for VR before I experienced this remake, but there's no way I'm waiting. I'll definitely replay it in VR though.

RE8VR is so good that actually it convinced me that it’s okay to play this flat screen first because VR makes a second play through just as good as a first play through.

Yea, don't listen to xboob. RE4 is creepy and in VR it will be kinda terrifying.

RE4 is pretty good at tension, but even as an RE game it’s not too scary imo. I haven’t played 6 but other than 5 it might be the least scary of the series?

I said "creepy" :)

In VR...it will be "scary" in some instances. I understand it's leaning towards action but it's still has it's moments.

Has anyone bought this for you? I can if you want. I know you're a big fan and really looking forward to this.

You would have to move too much in VR. The only fear in that game is the fear of losing your lunch while playing it in VR.

Idk, Capcom does a really good job with VR. I played RE4 in vr already on Quest 2 up a little past the demo for this one and it was fine. RE8 is very action oriented with a lot of moving as well and also works great in VR. And I went right into that one after not touching vr for a bit while my quest was messed up.

Other than the bosses and the first section I think there's very little in terms of action compared to RE4.

Yep. PS5, right? How should I buy it for you?

I think I'd prefer it on PC/Steam even with my PC being weak if that's alright. Still looks pretty good, and I like mouse and keyboard better. Easier to aim.

If you have a steam account you can just gift me the game that way. I'm EvilFriedBacon on Steam. Making an account would be way easier and a bit cheaper than trying to send me steam wallet codes.

If you don't want to bother with Steam, I definitely won't turn down the PS5 version(which looks better). And that is pretty easy as you can just buy a gift card on amazon and send me the codes.

You could get a 50+10 for the 60 bucks.

Or you could just send me money on paypal or venmo or cashapp

I think I'd prefer it on PC/Steam even with my PC being weak if that's alright. Still looks pretty good, and I like mouse and keyboard better. Easier to aim.

If you have a steam account you can just gift me the game that way. I'm EvilFriedBacon on Steam. Making an account would be way easier and a bit cheaper than trying to send me steam wallet codes.

I think PayPal would be easiest for me. I'll send $60 now. Just confirm you received it.

I mean the first section of RE Village and the bosses are probably the most action that game sees. And RE4 proper is more action intense across the board.

Yeah but that’s a long enough section and it’s not like you’ll be playing RE4 all in one sitting. I think between that and again, actually playing RE4 itself in VR, I have a pretty good idea if it’s going to work well for me or not.

RE4 is pretty good at tension, but even as an RE game it’s not too scary imo. I haven’t played 6 but other than 5 it might be the least scary of the series?

Neither 4, 5 or 6 are scary at all. Starting with 4 the RE games started leaning more into action. It wasn't until RE 7 that they started to focus on "survival horror" again. I look forward to playing this when it drops in price as I do all RE games at this point. Hopefully we get a Code Veronica Remake next as that game and RE 0 are the only two main RE games I never beat.
