From the sounds of it, this kid has some sort of disability and is regularly obstinate to an extreme degree. I feel bad for the school staff, they don't seem to know what to do besides exercise some extreme patience and the kid is still defiant the entire time. They should have professionals on staff who know and can deal with children with disabilities. But like everything else in this country, people with disabilities who lose control get the brunt of force of the state instead of help they need.
