I don't see a therapist anymore. I agree with you though. I'm trying to improve on that. These past 2 days have been very hard on me. I think it's because it's the anniversary of my brother dying. I've been struggling and just want to sleep rather than do anything else.

I know and he does in my life. I honestly think the anniversary is hurting me now. I haven't gamed in two days and will go to sleep very shortly because I'm sad and depressed. It sucks.

Remember that talking to your friends or your internet friends is not the same as talking to a therapist. Not only is it what they're trained to do, they don't give a shit about your friends and family. You pay them to only give a shit about you.

Oh, I know. I've been to plenty of therapist. I'm doing well enough that I feel right now I don't need one.

Well after lot's of thinking, reading, and speaking to the correct people, I don't consider masturbation a sin. I don't necessarily think looking at porn is either so I went for it this evening.

 

I literally came in 2 minutes and it was fucking a shit ton of cum. I immediately felt guilty but I'm fine now. I'd probably could do it again but don't really feel like it. My meds lower my sex drive considerably so I'm not sure how often I'll do it but I feel better by doing it. Less stress etc.
