I can distinguish criminals from non-criminals by what kind of tortillas they eat. A good, honest man enjoys a nice, smooth, light and fluffy flour tortilla. The animals in the world enjoy a sandy, gritty, breaks-apart-as-you-bend-it-unless-it's-at-the-exact-perfect-temperature-and-is-also-oiled-up feeling of a corn tortilla chunking up in their mouth holes.

I suspect you eat Kroger tortillas, real flour tortillas are way more sandy and gritty than corn tortillas, real corn tortillas are the soft ones.

The region of Mexico where my wife from actually has amazing flour tortillas, but those are the exception.

I dunno, I don't make the food, these guys on the food trucks do, and based on the fact that they make delicious food and barely speak any English, I assume they know what they're doing. Also I've never been to a Kroger in my life.
