Until I saw it, I had completely forgotten RE4, and it’s a top 3 horror game for me, quite possibly 1st.

I am disappointed in a way not as good as AMD made them out to be. I should be on track for a 45% plus increase from the 6800XT. Now hopefully I can get a XTX tomorrow. 

 

Also I'm not gonna front the reviews just make me want to get a 4090 until I see the price. Currently under siege by year end anime figure releases so 7900XTX and failing that the XT is what I'm gonna go for this gen. 

 

Hopefully I will have a big performance increase tomorrow so I can start the clock on RDNA4/geforce 5xxx series. The never ending quest for more performance.

Just posted a review in the AMD thread, very surprised by the RT performance considering the hype from the event with all of their 8k and DP2.1 talk. You may honestly be better off waiting a few weeks for the inevitable middle finger from nVidia with a $100-200 price slash on the 4080

It's so crazy that the XTX beats the 4080 slightly without RT, then gets its teeth kicked in when RT comes on
