Now hear me out. Instead of a modern Indiana Jones, we go back to the pirate era with a much larger focus on sword and melee combat. Your firearms are now a sidearm. The game starts out with you on a ship but it crashes and you wake up on an Uncharted island. From the start you realize this island holds some sort of secret treasure and as a greedy hunter you then set out to find the ultimate treasure. But the island is cursed! You find out you can't die and you upon death you wake up in some kind of vault, but it is empty. There, a lone woman offers to strengthen your character for some of the treasures you find hidden on the island whilst searching for the true grand treasure. On the island you find enemies in other pirates, undead pirates, skeletons, and loads of cursed beasts and monsters. Each of these things are cursed by the treasure itself. You are, somehow, mostly immune to the curse other than the ability to never die. The enemies are where you most often find this cursed treasure and they drop it on death. That treasure is what you take back to the vault's Treasurer who grants you power! Be careful though! If you are slain before you can return that treasure to the Treasurer, it will be taken from you! Try your best to get it back, but caution is required now as the enemy who has looted your corpse is now stronger from the cursed treasure they hold...

yeah the movie did well, but I don't know if did well enough to justify a reboot the series. Continuing the series with the daughter wouldn't bother me

More another rumor source confirming Uncharted by a new dev and Druckmann working on Last of Us 3.

This announcement sucks. ND is one of their best teams, let them create something instead of iterating on the same old.

 

Also, ES6 won’t even be shown by 2026. It’s only in pre production.

This isn’t announcement. Just a rumor. The whole rumor is Uncharted (new dev), Factions, LoU3, and a new IP.

They obviously had a trilogy in mind from the beginning of this series. If you don't have faith they will end it tremendously that's your problem. It will be stunning.

I mean, except that Druckman clearly said it was never conceived as multiple games.

 

Its not about if its good or not, its about the constant monotony of sequels, which Sony games especially suffer from. 

 

And no, it won't. Starfield took took a decade, and Elder Scrolls is in pre production. Their next game is Indiana Jones..

 

We might get ER6 in 2028/29

I hope its about finding a cure, perhaps by a future child of Abby's working off their grandparents notes. Maybe escorting an older elly to them with a new character, if they are absolutely doing pt 3.

 

But man, a new IP would be so much better.

you can just go watch his interview with Lex Freidman. He was very specific that Elder Scrolls is not in active development, and they just finished debating where it would take place (which he obviously wouldn’t spoil) Pretending it’s going to be ready in 3 years is just a pipe dream. 2028 is reasonable if Bethesda works faster than they ever have before. (Lol) we’re probably gonna be even later than that.

Probably will be cross gen with xbox's smart delivery. You can already stream Gamepass, generations as we know it will change. They are already working on supplementing console power with cloud computing.
