  1. Maybe because I haven't played it in so long but didn't recognize her as the voice of Alloy.
  2. get off the pipe my friend. I just finished watching and loved it. My only problem is I can't figure out exactly what genre I'd place it in.
  3. hell it barely got started and never got anywhere near developed to the point that having it play a pivotal role in Dalton's actions honestly made no sense. I know what the film was going for but they never spent enough time on it to make it feel real, they just seemed to think 'well...the audience will understand we don't actually need to spend any real time building an actual/emotional connection here'
  4. well got to finish watching and it was okay, nothing special. Conor McGregor's character was idiotic. Then watched the original...been forever since I watched and i had flashbacks to the 80s. The villain is basically every bad guy from the A-team
  5. started watching last night but then a big ass thunderstorm erupted in my area and the power went out for half the night. What I saw was fairly decent
  6. Finally watched the movie version of The Rainmaker. Not the best film translation of Grisham's work but still damn solid.
  7. rookie j/k you need to work yourself up to reading more than a few at a time. I've been doing it for years but right now and normally have no issue keeping all the various stories straight and yet I've made a bit of a mistake in that arena. Two of the books I'm currently working on are How To Make a Horror Movie and Survive by Craig DiLouise and Horror Movie by Paul Tremblay. While the stories are completely different, look at these covers and you might guess why I get a bit confused, lol.
  8. I found the only real reason I got mercenaries is to have characters I could place in the towns to collect the supplies.
  9. indeed the chewiness of the edges of brownies are superior to center pieces
  10. you know she is not the best writer from a technical standpoint but her books are always entertaining as hell
  11. only caught the last few minutes. WTF was up with Pacino just announcing the winner without listing the nominations? Also glad to hear Godzilla won.
  12. Extremely well done. It's forever since I read the book but I seem to remember things that weren't shown so it wouldn't have bothered me if it had been longer. As already mentioned I'd love to see LoTR style extended editions eventually released.
