Fizzzzle Posted February 11, 2022 Share Posted February 11, 2022 I rinse off at least mostly every day with a scrub down of the nooks and crannies, a full scrub down probably every other day or so, conditioner probably once or twice a week, shampoo only once my hair starts to feel greasy, which is probably like twice a month.
