how often do you shower

if you have good hygiene and aren’t a sweaty or oily person, you probably don’t need to shower everyday 

 

i know some of you brew some nasty duck butter in your gooch area and that does seem to require a quick shower at least

I rinse off at least mostly every day with a scrub down of the nooks and crannies, a full scrub down probably every other day or so, conditioner probably once or twice a week, shampoo only once my hair starts to feel greasy, which is probably like twice a month.

 

Of course all of that is subject to change depending on what I'm doing.

At least twice a day. Sometimes thrice.

 

I always shower in the morning and after work. If I exercise I have to wash up shortly after. I'm autistic so I have weird sensory issues that makes me feel very uncomfortable if I feel somewhat unclean.
