It would ironic if the President's own son causes the prohibition on drug users purchasing firearms to be ruled unconstitutional. I think he has a strong Fifth Amendment argument to be made here - you can't be forced to incriminate yourself. Question 21G on the background check form does exactly that (in my opinion).
