excellent story, graphics were amazing at the time and gameplay was fun overall. However, Ellie's AI was terrible and immersion-breaking, which took me out of the game on several occasions. If it wasn't for that, it would definitely be in my top 5 GOAT list.

So you are connecting the PS Gold headset via BT to a PC? Do you get all the options with them like the profiles and chat/game mixing?

Westworld Season 1 - 8/10 ive been told a few times to try this series. Watched the first episode a while ago but it didn’t hook me so never continued. Then I’ve heard good things about season 2. So this weekend I decided to give it a try again. Ep1 was as slow as i remembered but i muscled through and by ep3 it really picked up steam and hooked me. I binged 9 full episodes this weekend leaving the season finale and i have to say it is a great show. Some pacing issues but the acting and imagery are great.

RDR2 Battlefield V Spiderman

I use the Gold headset for my PS4 and love them. Seinhessier HD558 with a modmic for PC - also a great combo. But for xbox - I am having a hard time finding a good pair of headphones that get loud enough for my tastes. I’ve returned about 3-4 pairs simply because I’ve had to max out the volume and it still wasn’t loud enough. Most of them plugged directly into the controller but I also tried turtle beach stealth 600. Same issue. so I’m left using a 10yr old set of Pioneer first-gen wireless Dolby headphones (SE-DIR800C). They are loud and clear AF but have no bass. I use them with the modmic plugged into the controller with their splitter. It’s a hack solution but it works. I’d love to find a good loud pair of wireless headphones for the Xbox where having the volume at 2/3-3/4 is comfortable. Even better if they didn’t need to use optical out.

That is a great price, but the difference from the 2017 to 2018 models isn’t that significant. You may be able to find a B7A for 1800ish. However, if you don’t want to wait and be extra few hundred isn’t a big deal, get on it!!

What in the actual fuck? How is this good for consumers? Maybe im missing something... but are there states where amazon doesn’t charge sales tax? Here in NY we’ve been paying sales tax for goods purchased through amazon for as long as i can remember. I’m also going to suspect that the vast majority of high population states (re: the coasts) also pay the sales tax. And these states are also probably vast the majority of all sales (by a large margin). Now, there is zero incentive for me to purchase an item from a 3rd party vendor on amazon. Their prices were usually slightly higher to begin with, but a lot of time if the item is expensive enough, they can be cheaper due to not having to pay the sales tax. Allowing these smaller mom and pop shops able to compete with amazon. That’s 100% out the window now. It was always a risk buying 3rd party due to warranty issues, etc. now I’ll just buy from amazon direct. No need to even bother check the other vendors. Good job trump!

I think its going to be tough to beat God of War for GOTY. Really depends on how good RDR2 is.

From what I understand (unless things changed for the new 2018/19 models) that QLED has terrible input lag as well. Seems either OLED or Sony X900/930/940F series are the way to go. And TCL 6 series for people on a budget.

i would argue that the vast majority of people able to hold a job (esp at the professional level) are also able to maintain a proper boundary between their private and professional lives. I just feel that no company should not have the ability to tell me what I can and cant do on my own personal time.

Lots of deals on the new LG OLEDs @ 65". Ive seen that at 2400ish already from authorized reseller. If you dont watch a lot of sports or news.... its probably the best choice. Otherwise, look at the Sony 9XXf series.

why though? you're telling me if you met someone and completely hit off, instant sparks, potential love of your life.... you then have to chose between keeping your job and perusing a possible romantic interest? obviously if the relationship goes sour and it affects work, then it needs to be dealt with....but outside relationships can equally cause the same problem for someone not able to cope.

i know.. just seems ridiculous that two consenting adults cant have a relationship bc they work at the same place. if they are mature and perform their jobs adequately, then there should be no issue with it.

supposedly DV is better, but from what ive seen, it just looks different to me. im not really sure if i can say one looks better than the other. maybe someone with a better trained eye.
