I've never watched the Village but this is what I was told by my friends. It was a fine movie up until the twist and it ruined the movie for them.

You guys are crazy. 100% bloom was the worst thing ever added to a video game. Weapon sandbox got worse and worse as the series went on (it was essentially utility weapon and power weapons). Bungie didn't update Arena in Reach for months, even after resets and updates were just eventually dropped completely. Multiplayer maps in Reach hold nothing compared to maps in 1/2/3. Armor abilities are despised by most of the community (and the competitive community especially hence the reason for their removal in Reach/4). 343i was the one to actually bring the title update to reach that balanced armor abilities and bring bloom to 85% and that was a full year after its release. Reach had a great campaign, I won't argue that. Its multiplayer also had the best forge and firefight to date. Invasion was a cool idea.

While Bungie did a lot of things right in the Halo series, the games also got progressively worse in a lot of ways. Let’s not forget that advanced movement started with Reach and so did loadouts. Also it’s not like Destiny’s story telling is any better than Halo’s at this point, nor is their enemy AI.

I found Kevin Hart's early stuff funny, but it wore on me quickly. After just a few times watching him I was sick of him.

A Story About My Uncle is a really good 3D platforming game. Really short, but really fun.

I remember saying that this was my favorite movie of the Disney era Star Wars films when it was out in theaters. I'll watch it again at some point this weekend and see if I still like it as much.

You linked the same thing as mike lol. The gigabyte is also $699. I returned my EVGA when it first launched due to issues with it. When I went to purchase another brand none of them were $699 anymore, they all jumped $100 in price. Good to see some came back down.

Aren't the RTX upped in base price now? Even Nvidia's site has them at $799, pretty much only the pre-orders got them at the lower price.

As someone who just read Dune, I thought it was pretty good. Overrated? Maybe a tad, but its not really a book that gets brought up in a lot of discussions. Makes me think that it was more a book of its time and just isn't as popular by today's standards. That said, I'm still looking very forward to the movie.

I've actually been pretty surprised by PUBG's player count on steam, so it doesn't really surprise me that its still selling well.

I was actually thinking about playing Division again. Glad 2 comes out so soon so I can scratch that itch.

Hand holding is the wrong phrase. Its just BOTW lite, no glider, no horse, limited weapons, limited armor, and it feels like it goes on forever. An hour or two in the plateau feels like 6 in the rest of the game. This is hypocritical to say, but it does do a good job of introducing you into the world, I just hate it.

I thought there was some goron stuff you could do and they would reward you with the armor afterwards. I don't really remember either though.

Went over to my buddies house yesterday to plan out a trip with him and the whole time I was there I was watching him play BOTW. It made me want to replay, so the first thing I did this morning was boot up a new save file and away I went. The hand holding at the beginning is just awful, but I discovered something while hanging out on the plateau. This game works the best when you are just blind exploring. Every time I've started the game I've always just got the cold weather shirt, beat the 4 shrines, upgraded my stamina and went on my way. This time I took my time. I explored and found that there was actually a lot more to the area than I originally thought. I found a couple rubies and a bunch of other gems so that I could have a good chunk of money when I made it to somewhere I could sell them. There was a world boss (the stone guy) that you can fight and a whole bunch of koroks to find. As soon as I left the plateau instead of running for the first stable I normally run to, I just took off in a different direction finding whatever I could that would be useful to me. I've completed a chunk of side quests that don't really mean much, but its been fun. At least more fun that just running up to Zora's and beating the elephant and then moving on to the next area. I've also been doing a couple of the EX quests.

So here's the thing, I bought the PS4 Pro KHIII edition, but I'll be playing KHIII on the Xbox (native 4k). Which means I'll have an extra PS4 copy when the PS4 Pro arrives. I know I like throwing money away. WARNING: I paid for normal shipping, which means the PS4 Pro will arrive at my house a couple days after release. Add in shipping time to you (its a physical copy) you realistically could see this 1-2 weeks after release. If you are okay with than then proceed. Pretty simple, just tell me something about KH. A good memory you have of playing it, what you hope to see in KHIII, your favorite character, how much more complicated the story can get, etc. I'll run a randomizer at the end of next week or whenever the thread hasn't had a reply in a couple of days. If no one is interested I'll just give it to whoever wants it.
