Starting to get a bit addicted to playing the SFV trial/demo online and warming up to it overall. I hope I don't get into online fighters, I can see this killing my evenings real quick, lord help me.

What do you even say at this point, seriously? The isolationist insanity of this country's culture just keeps slipping and slipping further down the rabbit hole from my perspective and I always wonder to myself how low it can sink, where it'll end, before even the most staunch defender of its rampant idiocy finally has to admit some very fundamental aspects absolutely must change.

The Office: Season 6 I'm not even sure what to rate this but lord, this is a sharp decline in quality to the point it's barely even funny in seemingly most episodes thus far.

Giving the Street Fighter V demo/trial a try and this is my least favorite SF main game so far, still not gonna buy it.

I only saw it once but I remember distinctly feeling like Django's last 40 or so minutes were a bit what-the-fuck in terms of editing. I found it to be especially so when QT shows up in that godawful, even-shittier-acting-than-usual cameo as an...Australian? I didn't like the flow of that film's last segment at all but will revisit it sometime soon actually it's long overdue. And don't get me wrong, I like some meandering. I love Werner Herzog, Terence Malick, a ton of European arthouse and so on. I just thought this felt odd in the film's overall context, like a sudden shift.

I was going to go see it this weekend but then found out that my local indie cinema is playing Blue Velvet. Sorry Quentin, Lynch takes precedence and I have to vet someone's taste in movies!

Deakins? I'm in. Don't need to see the trailer or anything else, watching it.

Noodles in Once Upon A Time In America is Jewish as well...along with everyone else in that cast who is not Jewish. Old school directors, which Scorsese belongs to, didn't take that shit all that seriously from what I gather. That went both ways as he had Harvey Keitel and others portray Little Italy Italians despite being Jewish etc.

Even as a huge Scorsese fan, I think that trailer looked borderline terrible. I'll check it out because I can't help myself but it looks depressing.

So despite always liking many Led Zeppelin tracks, I somehow missed the boat and early Rock education and never actually owned any albums other than the first. I'm making my way through them now. Led Zeppelin IV - 10/10 Get the fuck outta here...I can't even believe I've managed to stay this ignorant until now. This album is just a straight 10 all the way through for me with maybe only Rock And Roll being about a 9. My favorite track is possibly Going To California, it almost makes me tear up every single time I hear it, no exception.

I sure as shit hope The Lighthouse turns out better than any of the movies being discussed right now, jesus.
