    Kimi- This is the third movie Steven Soderbergh has released on HBO Max in like 15 months, which is a little wild to think about. It’s a fun little thriller, kind of a modern tech-based Rear Window starring Zoë Kravitz. I can’t exactly call it quirky, but it has some quirks. If that sounds interesting, don’t watch the trailer. I think it gives away way too much.

    At no point in this movie does Nate spend 10 minutes climbing along cliffs and jumping to another ledge right before the one he’s on crumbles. 0/10.

    I was a good looking kid until about 6th grade. Puberty hit me hard, and I never recovered.

    I played a few hours yesterday on my Series X. This is my first time, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but it looks and feels good. It seems like something I could really get into, so I’m glad I waited until it was in this state.

    I’m not remotely qualified to say what we should do as a society, but I’ll say that for me personally, I’m not really thinking about Covid any more. I’ve had my three shots, and if/when they say I should get another one, I will. I wear a mask at work with no complaints. Other than that, I’m just living my life. A life that, even before Covid, didn’t generally involve crowds or much socializing at all, but hey, it is technically a life.

    Can’t say I have a ton of nostalgia for this type of game, but I’ll give it a shot because Game Pass.

    If this announcement is the launch of next gen versions, I’ll be happy. If it’s an announcement of the release of a roadmap full of more vague updates and timeframes, that would also make me happy, but in a very different way.

    I’ve played the new demo. I know it’s a game I’ll get bored with like 10 hours in, but I’ll probably still buy it. It’s charming.

    Those inflatable tube guys are a hilarious recurring image for a horror movie.

    It really only looks bad during the zoomed in battles, which I would probably disable anyway. The maps and character portraits look fine.

    It’s on Game Pass. Once I wrap up the couple of games I’m playing now, I think this is next on my list.
