It's so rare that a movie I'd seen or even heard of, let alone actually liked, won best picture. I'm glad EEAaO got it. I saw it randomly on a whim at a theater near an airport while killing time waiting for a flight home. Knew absolutely nothing about it going in. Everything else that was in the theater at the time looked boring and this one had a cool box standee with Michelle Yeoh doing a martial arts pose and I was like, "Yeah I could go for a kung-fu flick". 2 hours later and I could not recall ever being that surprised and engaged by a movie before. It's not my favorite movie, but it's probably my favorite movie experience if that makes sense. It absolutely tops the list of "I wish I could see it again for the first time" films.

I remember playing until I like, got transported to this village area where everything was on fire. I don't remember the details but I seem to remember it being like a flashback or something? In any case at the end, at the back of this on fire village there was a big dude in a watery area. I could never get past him. I don't know if this was an area I was supposed to be in or if I"d gone off sequence or what, but I never got through that bit.

I feel this. I've beaten multiple layers of NG+ for every other FROM game and do challenge runs for some of them. I've yet to beat Sekiro even once. Not even close. Parrying/timing is not my style and I don't have a great reaction time generally. I'm going to give it another shot at some point, but I'm content to know that I just may never see most of that game.

I watch those and enjoy them very much. The Epic NPC Man videos are great. They're a New Zealand based group and they put out some pretty funny stuff.

Always go all in for Washington whenever they're the featured game no matter how ridiculous, always bet against Dallas if they're in the feature game no matter how ridiculous, always pick Washington RB1 and WR1 for Question 8 no matter how ridiculous, and if I'm ever in 1st place come Super Bowl week then I bet it all on a draw. Next season I might think of something different. Or maybe I'll see if someone else wants to run it, I'll just still put up the prize. We'll figure something out.
