  1. The TV is only ever on when I'm gaming... and she's not in the room. Lol. No. The only electronics that are on when she's trying to sleep is her iPhone... that she's using instead of going to sleep. On a side note, I doubt she uses Night Shift, so she's staring at the bright blue screen in darkness for a good few hours before trying to sleep.
  2. Good luck with that one. Easy there... that's PS4 Pro territory there.
  3. Don't thinks they can do The Trench, as the first part of The Meg was essentially that plot. I wouldn't mind seeing the Daredevils plot, as it keeps up with the camp from the first film. I just want to see Angel, and I want her to be WHITE.
  4. I've got a 3rd Gen iPad (first Retina), and it's more orders less useless. When we get a new one, it will be permanently used in my iCade. I was lucky enough to get the iMame app before it was pulled from the app store years ago. So I have just about every arcade game on my iPad. I'm really hoping, with the new iPad, the iPad finally becomes useful as a laptop replacement.
  5. AND there was an extra trade in bonus today that I didn't get on Wednesday, so now I'll be able to pick up my Berry Blue DS4! Fuck yeah! Installing everything now. Woo hoo!!!
  6. The question is how long did you play it (Zelda)? If it was 4 hours or less, chances are you didn't even get past the intro. It's hands down the game of this generation. Horse balls be salty.
  7. That cat WILL fucking kill you. She's vicious.
  8. Those capture quality stills. However, regardless of the camera you decide to go with, you'll be better off using an Atomos recorder/monitor for capturing any video, as 9 times out of 10, it will record higher quality footage than native from the camera. That 1 being RED.
  9. If your focus is on video, the Panasonic GH5 is what you want. I also wouldn't count out the Blackmagic cameras.
  10. The original trilogy is fantastic from start to finish. 4 was meh. 5 is what 4 should have been, and aside from lacking that signature swordfight spectacle, it was a fantastic homage and send off of the characters from the first three films. It was also the first film to truly nail the CG version of an actor from when they were young. Pirates is know for pushing the boundaries of CG, and 5 was no different.
  11. I can't keeps track. Had a Breckenridge Vanilla Porter which was rather tasty, then I had a Lagunitas Little Sumpin Dumplings which wasn't bad for an IPA. Heading to Rock Bottom after this.
  12. Next up, Delerium Tremens. 8.5% Belgian Golden. Meh.
  13. @atom631 You really need to find Whole Hog Pumpkin or Schlafly Pumpkin. Also, I'm in downtown Chicago for the next couple of days, so I'll update with what I'm having. Drinking a Hopewell Clover Club Raspberry Kettle Sour. It's aight. Light on flavor.
  14. I actually really enjoyed the most recent film. It could have just been because of the charisma of the lead and the fact that it turns into full on Die Hard in the second half.
  15. Holy fuck me Freddy that movie was a steaming pile of shit. It took everything bad about the first movie and made it much... much much much worse. They Blair Witch'd the shit out of this movie. I just don't comprehend how the biggest trope that they latched onto from that generation of horror movies was stupid decision making. I'm sorry, but calling attention to stupid decisions as an homage doesn't make you clever, it makes your movie suck. And of all the stupid crap that is in this movie, and there's a BUNCH, there's one defining moment that receives the Fonze's "jump the shark" seal of approval. I'm looking at you, Dr. Whatshisfuck. Literally the only good that came from this movie is all the Michael running memes being made. Fuck I'm sick of shitty horror movies. Thankfully we've gotten at least one good one this year in Hereditary. And an amazing long form show in Haunting of Hill House.
  16. That's not nearly long enough. Stay for a month or three. One month would still cost less than 50k.
  17. Loved it. Own it. A sequel you say? Sweet! The Final Girls is also up there. The Babysitter was pretty good, too.
  18. I've yet to have a Sierra Nevada or Stone that wasn't horrible, and Sierra Nevada has the worst beer I've ever had. Sam Adams has the second worst beer I've ever had, and is the very definition of a generic brewery.
  19. And I much prefer that, unless it's an anthology type show.
  20. Absolutely, but I dare not play it until next weekend. Thanks, @kittykat! EDIT: Purchased!
  21. Everything has a reason. Ok, everything but some SUPER minor stuff has a reason. It all comes around.
