Mowgli--8/10. The best live action Jungle Book movie. The special effects are award-worthy.

I completely forgot about The Reckoners. Imagine a moon sized meteor that parks itself on Earth's atmosphere--it then randomly gives a number of people superhuman abilities. The more those people use those abilities, the more evil they become. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. A small band of un-altered humans try to stop them. It's awesome.

For me, if it's not around me, I can't eat it. The key is to only have the things in your house that you should be eating. But make sure to keep your house stocked with those items, because if you look and the meal isn't there, especially in my case, it leads to a quick run to a fast food place. Speaking of keeping things in the house that shouldn't be here... we had a party last night, so I'm going to go eat butter cookies, popcorn, and fruitcake.

The effects are absolutely insane.

Was just coming to post this. Hopefully this is really good and kills at the BO so we can get Irredeemable. This movie seems to straight up steal from Superman--what if Kal El came to rule and not protect? Can't wait!

Anyone having any issues with double jump when falling? Sometimes my second jump just won't work. Also, any tips for not falling?

Curious--I thought the speakers had to have additional up-firing speakers on them to be Atmos compatible?

Personally, I'd say start at book 7. The show has been more or less faithful to the books. I've still never read books 1 or 2.

Do we have a triggered emoticon? If not, I should get on that. I actually don't find the Witch to be terrible. It's just not in "best" territory for me. The Village, on the other hand, is utter shite, only slightly better than The Happening. And that's with me liking Lady in the Water.
