@Bloodporne The Hunt Showdown is on sale on Xbox store... should I take the plunge???

It's VERY niche and kind of not in the best technical state but it's also probably the coolest FPS I've ever played so... take that as you will lol. I just had to take a few weeks off because I had a nasty losing streak but if you get it on PS instead, I'm down to party up. Game has crossplay but no crossteams 😭

PS: It's usually on sale on PSN a lot as well

Hiawa would always say there is an amazing deal at X place. Then when he explained it the deal was basically exclusive to himself because he had gift cards or store credit or something.

That's hilarious.

In my defense, I started with what the deal actually was and then plugged the credit card because it's seriously a good card to use. :p

Oh that Jedi game is only 6 bucks. Always looked fun, just a shame about the main character's face.

If it’s worth anything, I bought the game on PS5 during a sale after I got the PC version free.  Couldn’t wait on a new PC build to run it better, it’s too much fun.

I booted it up again the other day, it and Returnal are the games I want to get back to most now.

Actually the one thing I put on my wishlist on Steam (besides things that are reminds for when they come out) went on a good sale: Disney Infinity 1-3!

These versions on steam are all unlocked with all the characters and level packs and everything you had to buy toys for. I think it’s missing a little content that didn’t come to pc but still. I always liked the first one that I had. They are fun casual licensed Disney games in an era where there weren’t many. $18 for all three and each has multiple games so you get like three star wars games, a cars game, a Lone Ranger game, a Monsters Inc game, an Incredibles game, an Avengers game, a Spider-man game, and I think one or two others. And then the toy world and some mini games you can play with. Toy Story 3 which is by the same developer and what these evolved from is also $6 on sale to round out the pixar stuff.

Kinda nice they were able to preserve them in this way by unlocking everything. Definitely a “me” sorta thing, wasn’t sure if they would even remember to put these on sale lol.

Also picked up Asterigos Curse of the Stars @Phaseknox -$16! I can’t reasonably start it yet with everything I’m playing but that price was too good.

This is tempting AF, but the XPG S70 Blade 2tb and SK Hynix Platinum P41 2tb are $170:

WD SN850x 4tb for $375 https://a.co/d/192qGWd

So it comes down to spending an extra $8.75/tb for the additional storage on a single drive vs going for the cheaper/tb 2tb drives. Performance-wise they’re all similar with the S70 being the slowest, and the WD and SK being roughly equal with a slight edge to the SK.

Also, yes, they all work in a PS5 if you’re looking to upgrade that storage.
