A crazy Thanksgiving week in the MGT sees AbsolutSurgen pull ahead!  One of four players to win on the Feature Game, he holds only a slim lead going into the final 3rd of the regular season!  With the tightest leaderboard we've ever had at this stage of the game, every question matters and every bet counts!  On to Week 13!

 

Rules reminder for those of you at zero Slug Bucks: You can still play with $0, you just can't bet on the Feature Game.  Don't bail out just yet.  Question values go up each week and with less than $5k separating the top seven and 6 weeks to go plus post-season, it's still anyone's game and nobody is safe!

 

########## WEEK 12 RESULTS ##########

 

Week 12 Feature Game: Seattle Seahawks at Washington Football Team (-1.5)

The Football Team holds on in a weird one to win Monday Night by a score of 15.5(17-1.5)-15.  Bets on the team with no name win.

 

QUESTIONS

1) Name the player that will score the first touchdown of the Feature Game. ($2,000)
A short pass to Gerald Everett in the red zone was the first TD of the Feature Game. BasemntDweller2 was the only player to guess Everett.

 

2) Name the player that will score the first touchdown of the Chicago @ Detroit game. ($2.000)
Goff tossed a 39 yard bomb to Josh Reynolds to open up the scoring on Thanksgiving.

 

3) Name the player that will score the first touchdown of the Las Vegas @ Dallas game. ($2,000)
Desean Jackson did what he does and pulled down a 56 yard touchdown for the first endzone trip of many for the two teams in this shootout.
 
4) Name the player that will score the first touchdown of the Buffalo @ New Orleans game. ($2,000)
Dawson Knox grabs one for a quick 7 yards and the first score of this one.

 

5) Name the player that will score the first touchdown of the Cleveland @ Baltimore game. ($2,000)
Mark Andrews catches what was officially a 13 yard pass but was actually like a 35 yard pass from a scrambling Jackson to get the last first TD of the weekend.  Pikachu was the only player to call this one.

WEEK 13 MOCK GAMBLING - SPREAD AND QUESTIONS

 

DEADLINE FOR WEEK 13 ENTRIES - Thursday, 12/2 8:19PM EASTERN

THREAD WILL BE LOCKED AT THE DEADLINE SO GET YOUR ENTRIES IN!

 

Week 13 Feature Game
New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills (-3.5)
(Remember you are betting against the spread, not just the outright winner)
 

QUESTIONS

1) What will be the first scoring play of the Feature Game? Bills TD, Bills FG, Bills safety, Patriots TD, Patriots FG, Patriots safety, or other? ($1,000 for the correct call)
 

2) How many total combined touchdowns will be scored in the Feature Game? ($1,000 for the correct call)
 

3) Which QB in Week 13 will have the highest number of pass attempts? ($2,000 for the correct player)
 

4) Name ANY two teams that combine for over 50 total points. They do not have to be playing each other. ($1,000 a correct combo)


5) Call the winners:
Baltimore at Pittsburgh
NY Giants at Miami
LA Chargers at Cincinnati
($800 for EACH correct named game winner, $2,000 bonus if you call all 3 correctly)

 
6) Name any running back that will average 5 or more yards per carry with a minimum of 10 attempts. ($1,500 for the correct player)
 

7) Making 'em miss: Name any receiver that will travel 40 or more yards AFTER catching the ball in Week 13. ($1,500 for a correct name)
 

8) Name the player who will rush for the most yards AND the player that will have the most receiving yards in week thirteen. ($2,500 for each player named correctly, $7,000 bonus if both names are called)
