The leaderboard gets tossed in the air as most players lose their weekly bet and in an MGT first players hit the bonuses for Question 5 and 8 in the same week!  Coming out of the chaos of Week 4 on top of the pack is AbsolutSurgen!

 

########## WEEK 4 RESULTS ##########

 

Week 4 Feature Game - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-5.5) at New England Patriots
Brady wins on his return to Foxborough, but not by enough to cover the points as a 13.5(19-5.5)-17 score means a loss for everyone who bet on the Bucs (which was everyone except Keyser_Soze and BasemntDweller2).

 

QUESTIONS

1) What will be the first scoring play of the Feature Game? Buccaneers TD, Buccaneers FG, Buccaneers safety, Patriots TD, Patriots FG, Patriots safety, or other? ($500 for the correct call)
A first quarter Ryan Succop 29 yard boot is the first score of this one. Bets on a Tampa FG win.  BasemntDweller2 was the only player to call this.
 

2) Which team in the Feature Game will begin the most possessions in their opponent's territory? ($300 for the correct call)
The correct answer here was a tie as neither team began a single drive across the 50. Nobody got this.
 

3) Over or under 49.5 points in the Feature Game? ($300 for the right answer)
With 36 combined points, the under has it.
 

4) What team will have the most penalties thrown against them in Week 4? ($600 for the correct team)
Houston couldn't keep it disciplined in Week 4, being the only team with double-digit penalties thrown against them at 10.
 

5) Call the winners:
Baltimore at Denver
Indianapolis at Miami
Cleveland at Minnesota
($300 for EACH correct named game winner, $600 bonus if you call all 3 correctly)
Keyser_Soze was the only player to call all three games correctly to earn the bonus cash!

 

6) Name a running back who will crack off a long run in Week 4. If they're in the top 3 of longest runs for the week you get this one. ($400 for a correct name)
Edmonds (ARI), Elliott (DAL), and Taylor (IND) had your 3 longest runs of week 4.  Nobody called Edmonds or Elliott, but BasemntDweller2 and Commissar SFLUFAN both named Taylor to get this one.

 

7) How many Field Goals of 50+ yards will be successfully made in Week 4? ($600 for right number)
3 kicks of over 50 yards were hit this week. Commissar SFLUFAN was the only player to get this correct.

 

8) Name the player who will rush for the most yards AND the player that will have the most receiving yards in week four. ($900 for each player named correctly, $2,500 bonus if both names are called)
Derrick Henry laid down 157 yards on the ground and Tyreek Hill pulled in a ridiculous 186 in the air to be your Week 4 yardage kings.  Several players had faith in Henry, but in a rare event a player called BOTH weekly leaders to get the cash for each AND the bonus!  Gratz AbsolutSurgen!
