The middle of the leaderboard shuffles around and overall we have a very tight race through Week 3.  But as we approach the quarter mark of the season it's ManUtdRedDevils who manages to hold on to a slim lead!  Will he be able to maintain his position for the long haul?

 

########## WEEK 3 RESULTS ##########

 

Week 3 Feature Game - Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys (-4.5)
Not a good look for Philly on national television as the Eagles lose badly to the Cowboys by a score of 36.5(41-4.5)-21.  Bets on Dallas win.
 

QUESTIONS

1) What will be the first scoring play of the Feature Game? Eagles TD, Eagles FG, Eagles safety, Cowboys TD, Cowboys FG, Cowboys safety, or other? ($400 for the correct call)
The Cowboys started off strong with a quick 6 play, 3 minute drive ending in an Ezekiel Elliot TD to open the game.  They would not let up from there.
 

2) Which team in the Feature Game will complete passes to the greater number of DIFFERENT players? ($300 for the correct call)
Hurt completed passed to 9 different players while Prescott connected with 8.  A guess for Philly gets this one. Slug was the only player to get this one correct.
 

3) Which team in the Feature Game will have the higher total time of possession? ($300 for the correct call)
Dallas held the ball for almost 10 more minutes than Philly, winning the time of possession battle 34:58-25:02.
 

4) Name the player that will score the first touchdown in the Chicago @ Cleveland game.  ($400 for the correct call; as always "score" means "the dude holding the ball in the end-zone")
Mayfield hits Austin Hooper on a 13 yard pass across the middle for the first TD of this game, coming in the 2nd quarter. Keyser_Soze was the only player to call Hooper's number.
 

5) Call the winners:
Seattle at Minnesota
Cincinnati at Pittsburgh
New Orleans at New England
($300 for EACH correct named game winner, $400 bonus if you call all 3 correctly)
Low success rate this week on Question 5 and nobody saw the Cincy win.

 

6) After Week 2 we have 7 undefeated teams and 7 winless teams.  After Week 3, will we have more teams at 3-0, at 0-3, or will it remain even? ($300 for the correct guess)
Two previously undefeated teams lost, leaving us with 5 teams at 3-0. Meanwhile two teams got their first win in Week 3 taking the number of 0-3 teams remaining also to 5.  Guesses on the number of teams remaining even win. AbsolutSurgen was the only one to call it.

 

7) Name the quarterback that will throw the highest number of interceptions in Week 3. ($400 for the correct name)
Mac Jones threw 3 complete passes to the wrong team to lead all QB's in Week 3 in the worst way. Nobody called Jone's name.

 

8) Name the player who will rush for the most yards AND the player that will have the most receiving yards in week three. ($900 for each player named correctly, $2,500 bonus if both names are called)
A light week for running backs sees Derrick Henry on top with 113 yards while Davante Adams leads all receivers with 132 yards. Nobody called either player.

2) Which team in the Feature Game will begin the most possessions in their opponent's territory? ($300 for the correct call)

 

3) Over or under 49.5 points in the Feature Game? ($300 for the right answer)

 

4) What team will have the most penalties thrown against them in Week 4? ($600 for the correct team)

 

5) Call the winners:

Indianapolis at Miami
Cleveland at Minnesota
($300 for EACH correct named game winner, $600 bonus if you call all 3 correctly)
 

6) Name a running back who will crack off a long run in Week 4. If they're in the top 3 of longest runs for the week you get this one. ($400 for a correct name)

 

7) How many Field Goals of 50+ yards will be successfully made in Week 4? ($600 for right number)


8) Name the player who will rush for the most yards AND the player that will have the most receiving yards in week four. ($900 for each player named correctly, $2,500 bonus if both names are called)
