I built a gym over Covid and love it. You should check out reddit homegym, every Friday they post a stock and shipping thread with stuff in stock as it goes live driven by the community. Most stuff isn't too bad, I have a Rogue SML-2 and put it together alone. The most complicated piece was my bench.
