  1. It might be different in the MCU, but given their film track record so far, not directing a Fantastic Four movie kinda seems like a bullet dodged.
  2. Coworker of mine got fired for fucking off and not doing her job. The part that bugs me is that everything she was doing (and not doing), another person I worked with for a year has done all that and much more, for longer, and still has his job. He’s just one of these guys that can talk his way out of anything. It drove me insane when I worked with him. He would work for maybe two hours a day, and that little “work” he did was faked. I gave our supervisors proof multiple times, but nothing happened because he spent all his time becoming friends with everybody.
  3. This show is packed with unexpected twists and reveals! Episode 8 Never saw it coming!
  4. I think Fast Five is the only seen I've all the way through, and from what I understand that's generally considered the best one.
  5. Oh wow, I was mostly joking when I said that. So who's next? Joey King as Black Cat (if that movie is ever going to actually get made)?
  6. Yes, they cancel a lot of shows, but they also gave us 6 seasons of Bojack Horseman, which goes a long way in my book.
  7. He’s in the upcoming movie Bullet Train. Maybe they’ve seen some early footage and like how he fights Brad Pitt.
  8. #1 most streamed artist on Spotify the last 2 years, and a name I hear referenced... never? I've probably heard him and just didn't know who it was.
  9. I buy one every 4 years or so, and I end up playing them less and less. Ironically(?), the one COD thing I’ve played the most in the last decade is the one I didn’t spend any money on: Warzone!
  10. I know I'm not particularly smart, but some of the people I work with make me feel like a damn genius.
  11. I’m probably going to have to rewatch the last episode or two to get a refresher. It’s been years, and my memory is garbage.
  12. We're All Going to the World's Fair - I watched this at 3AM when I couldn't sleep, which might have enhanced the experience. It's got some interesting ideas, a couple genuinely good creepy moments, but it also feels like a compelling short film stretched much too far (and even then it doesn't crack 90 minutes). I know Rotten Tomatoes scores don't matter, but right now it has a 93/29 critic/audience score, and that makes sense.
  13. Yes. Like if you're around certain people or in a certain setting you might change the way you speak a little bit. That's all I'm saying. He's not really putting on a character voice.
  14. I haven't really paid attention to most of the recent "based on a true story" prestige miniseries that have been everywhere lately, but I'm kinda all in on Andrew Garfield at the moment. I'll probably end up watching this.
  15. When he's Batman, he's talking like an actual person, not like he's voicing a cartoon character. And he's able to get away with it because this Bruce Wayne is a reclusive weirdo.
  16. The cliffhanger at the end of each episode would be great for edging.
  17. I’m typically not really into body horror, but I did enjoy Titane recently. I’m intrigued.
  18. There’s a place that shows up near me on DoorDash called “It’s Just Wings” that’s one of these ghost kitchens. I’ve never ordered from it because I don’t like paying for delivery, and I don’t know where to pick it up because the address is just… the mall.
  19. Can safely say I’ve never argued with an SO.
  20. I haven’t had any symptoms (or if I did, they were so mild they barely registered), so I’m pretty sure I’ve stayed Covid-free, but on the other hand I’ve never been tested.
