Movies Ant-Man 3: Jonathan Majors cast as Kang the Conquerer

Also the rumours for Ant-Man 3 have been that it would either introduce the FF or the Young Avengers.

 

Personally I'm rooting for Alpha Flight!

I haven't heard of the Young Avengers either, but I would be shocked if they drop the Fantastic Four into Ant-Man 3. I feel like FF are a big enough deal that they'd introduce them in their own movie.

I think it would be weird to just drop them in without introduction, this allows them to skip or massively shorten the FF origin story. Plus Kang premiered in FF and is a direct decedent of Reed Richards

I get all moist thinking about this, they bring FF and then we get Namor . Get Ma Dong Seok to cut weight to play him and I am in heaven.

Jonathan Majors was also in The Last Black Man in San Francisco. I don't remember seeing anybody mention this movie before on here. That's a shame because it's a very good movie!

I wouldn't mind seeing Alpha Flight though I could see them more in a new MCU wolverine flick

Given Ant Man's tone, I fully expect this Kang to be a joke villain. Probably not even a time traveler to be honest. Kang has one of the most convoluted origins in the Marvel U

Kang is the good stuff. One of my faves. 

 

As far as Ant-Man's tone goes, both of his other villains were serious even though the rest of the film is light and jokey. Scott having to deal with his first real Marvel villain sounds awesome.
