What fucking nonsense. The constitution doesn’t give companies the right to censor speech on their platform, but it doesn’t not give them the right either.   The first amendment limits government regulated speech. Not corporate regulated speech. Not privately regulated speech either. 
 

are the courts going to go after organizations that refuse to publish or print a story because the editors and management do not like or agree with the content? 
 

does this apply to comments sections and scam posts by people or bots that get deleted?
