Are those Amphibs in the Black Sea, or are they already in the Sea of Azov?  If they are still in the Black Sea, I would argue they wouldn't be used for an assault on Mariupol.

About the saboteurs in Crimea, a Ukrainian minister tweeted only hours ago about a chemical plant/factory in Crimea had a shift evacuated, and Ukraine suspects Russia will use it as a false flag (blow up part of the plant once everyone is gone, etc).

I honestly do feel similarly about the forces deployed in Belarus which are intended to threaten (but not actually advance into) Kyiv.

If Russia is only moving to take Donbas, then yes (unless Russia performs aerial/missiles strikes across the country). If they are going for total invasion, then Kyiv would be a target.

Ammunition, anti-tank missiles, man-portable anti-air missiles, and probably personnel equipment like body armor, helmets, medical equipment, night vision goggles, and such. 

 

EDIT: Add to that, counter-artillery radars as well. These are genuinely defensive. And smaller drones they can use for remove surveillance.

Russian doctrine makes their Battalions Tactical Groups very artillery heavy. US doctrine views artillery as something that enables maneuver, Russians are the opposite, maneuver enables artillery. With what we've given them, the Ukrainians will still be dead before tanks and infantry reach their line.
