    Already have the game, but highly recommend it to anyone. Its mostly a walking simulator with some fights sprinkled in, but a wonderful story behind it.

    This one didn't hit me in the feels anywhere near as hard as 3 did and I think thats a big part of why its my least favorite Toy Story so far.

    According to reddit Roach carries the other sword. This is based off the books, not the game, where he only carries a single sword on him.

    The removal of motion blur actually looks really good. The biggest problem I've seen graphically is it blows out the highlights when you're in the shadows. I haven't heard of any other major problems with the flight yet.

    Halo forum sadly. I hardly ever crack games. Yeah either way seems like a dumb move on their part. Majority of the people downloading it are people that probably really want to play your game, probably not the best idea to permaban them.

    Just finished the story mode earlier today. It's okay... As a bunch of people have noted, there isn't really any "normal" mario levels anywhere to be found in the story mode. Everything has a dedicated theme to it and its forced down your throat for good or bad. Some of the levels are pretty decent, others can die in a dumpster fire. Nothing feels like a really great level and they are all pretty short. There is some side quests that you can do along the way like helping the dog get his home, helping the yellow Toad made stone statues, and the eraser erase stuff. You also unlock two power ups that aren't available if you just jump into creating. Luckily its a rather short story mode, I did everything except beating all of the level and I probably put 4 hours tops into it.

    The first flight takes place soon. Looks like mostly streamers, pros, tournament casters, and such got into the first round. Kind of a bummer, but makes sense.

    I was going to sleep on this to save money, but after these reviews doesn't really look like I can sleep on it.

    I picked up A Hat in Time's DLC. Absolutely loved that game and I didn't even know it had DLC so that was a nice surprise. I doubt I'll pick anything else up, I might pick one of my wishlist games at random and buy it, but with Dragon Quest Builders 2 and Super Mario Maker 2 coming out I've got enough to play for the next little while.

    I know I'm bumping this, but I just stumbled on this video while on youtube. I think it does a pretty good job of going over some of my bigger gripes with BotW. I highly recommend watching the whole thing. I can't really cut out times for specific context. He uses the strengths of one to show the weakness of the other, even referencing the older games at times.

    See Shreddie's comment and "If you put me in a room with ten executives and asked me to pitch Outer Wilds, here is what I would say: “It’s got the exploration of a Metroid game and the structure of Majora’s Mask crossed with the interstellar wonder of No Man’s Skyand the narrative framework of Return of the Obra Dinn.”" comment from Kotaku's article are things that genuinely get me excited about this game. Then I go watch some gameplay and I'm like what is going on. Maybe its just something I need to play and try. Which is probably what I'm going to do because I'm kind of going through a gaming slump right now.

    I had this happen when I updated my Nvidia driver recently. Destiny went from a super solid 120fps to 80-110fps with some hitches. I might downgrade back two patches and see if it goes back to normal. There is also the new Windows 10 update that has been causing some serious issues. Go into your theme settings, select color, and make sure the "automatically select color based on background" is unselected.

    Games don't always look as they seem. Hollow Knight and SOTN are good examples, look fun, and like a Metroidvania that I would like to play, but for whatever reason they just don't click with me. I have the same feeling this would be the same because it looks fun, I just don't click with vanias.

    As someone who isn't a very big fan of the vania side of Metroidvania's would this appeal to me in any other way than a regular Castlevania (like SOTN) would? I haven't had a ton of time to gauge how this gameplay plays, only watched like 30 minutes of gameplay last night from a streamer.

    I can't even remember what happens in 3.33 at all. I remember watching it and thinking that the entire film was just a waste of time. Even the review makes the first 40 minutes seem like a waste of time. I'll have to rewatch the rebuild series though and try to keep the review in mind to see if I find more appreciation for it.

    Apparently thats why its not there. The Sinatra estate owns the music, not Gainax or Netflix. Problem hard/expensive to get rights for.
