  1. One of the best parts of The Dinner Party is the opening scene where we find out corporate is making everybody stay and work longer and Michael goes in and yells at his phone for a minute and then asks Jim to come over for dinner... "You said you didn't have plans!"
  2. Yeah. I mean Roger Moore was old too (and I really liked him) but they need somebody younger.
  3. Then quit making the same stupid fucking mistakes :P
  4. So I mulled over your question and the more I think about it the more I realize this is a terrible idea. They're still too stodgy to give quality blockbusters their due in the BP category. So fuck this idea.
  5. The Spy Who Dumped Me - 7/10 Awful title? Check. Made for TV premise? Check. But I'll be damned if I don't want more of McKinnon and Kunis joking with and teasing each other. And more R rated comedies. I thought it was fun and genuinely hilarious in a lot of moments. It's not all brilliance but that doesn't matter since Mila Kunis is one of my all time Hollywood crushes. Also, weirdly, there was a lot of genuinely good and fun action in this movie.
  6. He's talking about all the insider reading people connected to the GOP rep.
  7. I'll hold my tongue until I find out what the eligibility requirements are and the criteria on which they will be judged. I wish they wouldn't shorten the other things though. Just do less musical numbers. I don't really care about those. I like to see the "little guys" get their moment in the spotlight.
  8. Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation - 8/10 I picked up the 4k BD and regular BD combo pack (now I just need a 4k TV!). I hadn't seen this movie before seeing Fallout. All the movie podcasts I listen to seemed to rank this one above Fallout, but I couldn't disagree more. I still really enjoyed Rogue Nation, but the action—what this franchise is all about—was so much better in Fallout.
  9. Well damn. That kind of ruins it for me. I've only gone on opening nights recently.
  10. Yeah... I only have WSJ because of a ginormous discount I got. Also it looks like I was mistaken. Tech Chrunch says the price is going to stay at $10.
  11. I enjoy the convenience of wireless headphones. But the audio quality still is not there so I pretty much only use wireless mode on my set when walking through the airport or listening to podcasts.
  12. They did. I forgot to mention that but the article does mention it. I didn't mention it because I only ever had to do it once for some weird reason.
  13. WSJ reporting that MoviePass will limit customers to 3 movies per month. But they are removing surge pricing and reinstating your ability to see movies on release day. Which works for me because I usually only make it to two movies per month. Sometimes three. It does look like the price is going to remain $15/mo. And if you buy more than 3 tickets in a month you will get a discount of somewhere between $2-$5 per ticket.
  14. Workaround: Print this and put it in your Madden 18 cover You won't be able to tell the difference and you get the game early!
