"China Eastern Flight 5735 was traveling 455 knots (523 mph, 842 kph) at around 29,000 feet when it entered a steep and fast dive around 2:20 p.m. local time, according to data from flight-tracking website FlightRadar24.com. The plane plunged to 7,400 feet before briefly regaining about 1,200 feel in altitude, then dove again. The plane stopped transmitting data 96 seconds after starting to fall." 96 seconds of hell. Maybe it dove fast enough people were passed out?

I had to look it up because I saw him credited but didn't remember seeing him. He has some voice cameos apparently.

Watched Scream last night. It was a fun ride even if though I'm not the biggest scream fan. still looked pretty good for his age. I can usually deal with all the dumb overlooked stuff in horror movies, but the one thing that bugged me was the end when . It was like they forgot she was shot.

@CitizenVectron @sblfilms Ended up buying a Waterrower. Got the natural wood with S4 monitor. Set it up earlier today. I did a couple strokes and thought this isn't that hard. 2 and a half minutes later I'm like "whoa, ok I'm definitely feeling it". That swooshing noise is pretty nice too. Really excited to make it a part of my routine. Thanks for mentioning it because a rowing machine was never on my radar, but I love the low impact feel of it.

"A member may be prompted to verify their account only if a device outside of their household logs in to the account; Netflix may then ask the user to verify the login from the device by sending a verification code." So if you are sharing with a close friend or family member, you will just have the nuisance of having to do that. The question is how often? Everytime you load Netflix? Once a week or month? Still doesn't seem like a perfect solution to stop account sharing but I guess it's something.

What's your reaction when someone dies that you don't like?
DarkStar189 replied to Fizzzzle's topic in The Shower
For someone as you described, I won't really care about the person that died. My mind will usually think of their family members who have to go through the loss and I'll feel bad for them. If someone is a real asshole or violent, abusive, etc... sometimes its a relief to know they are gone. -
Had a friend with too much money buy a king size foam mattress. Husband ended up not liking it so they gave it to us. I forget who makes it, either puffy or purple or something. It's fine. I think my body is just changing with age. I used to be a side sleeper but now that seems to make my shoulders stiff/ache by morning so I've turned into a back sleeper.

General Gaming If Apple made a new console.
DarkStar189 replied to CastletonSnob's topic in The Spawn Point
Just my opinion, but I feel like any die hard apple fan would just play the games off the app store on their tablet or phone. I don't think they made much of a splash either with Apple Arcade. Adding dedicated hardware into the mix just doesn't seem worth the investment. -
Television Better Call Saul - The Final & 6th Season
DarkStar189 replied to SoberChef's topic in The Performing Arts Centre
Who was the guy that lifted his head at the very end of the trailer? It looked like I was supposed to recognize him? I think that was Lalo behind him. -
General Gaming People with kids, when do you find time to game?
DarkStar189 replied to gamer.tv's topic in The Spawn Point
I don't think I did much serious gaming during the day when my kids were 1yr-6yr. Now that they are 8 and 10yrs old, it is possible for me to get a random hour in once in a while during the day. Otherwise since my wife is usually passed out by 9pm, I play from 9-11:30pm. I've long forgotten what it feels like to have more than 2 or 3 hours of uninterrupted free time at once. -
Microsoft Do game stores remove original Xbox clock capacitors?
DarkStar189 replied to CastletonSnob's topic in The Spawn Point
I would check your area for any pc repair shops. I would have more faith in them then a video game store. Even if they don't know what you're talking about right away, a how to video is easily in reach. -
