Trump just dropped the "dictator for a day" during a Sean Hannity interview and at first seemed like a one time odd thing to say, that he would be a dictator on the first day of his presidency but after then magically stop being a dictator. But since then has been repeating it at his rallies. Every time he would say he would be a "day one dictator" his audience who cheer. Hearing Americans openly cheering a dictatorship feels deeply chilling.
