  1. I would argue and say that Forza Horizon 3's Australia map was really good. But I know what you're saying about altering the map to create new tracks rather that just racing down the same street that you just drove up.
  2. You're asking me to remember Game Genie codes? It came with a book for a reason!
  3. They're making it open-world I'm actually really, really over open-world racing games. Almost every arcade racer in the past 15 years has been open-world. I know they do it to make the game longer, but I honestly think in the time it takes them to craft an open world, they could make 12-15 really good, unique environments and have finely tuned racing routes.. ya know.. like Burnout 3 had. There's no reason they couldn't release DLC add-on track packs to extend the life of the game. I just think the open-world concept is played-out and usually results in a vast majority of the map being nothing more than filler that you have to cross to get from one good "biome" to another.
  4. Then you would probably suck even worse at Divinity OS. The big determining factor here for me will be whether it utilizes real-time CRPG gameplay like Pillars or if it will be turn-based strategy RPG like Divinity OS. I mean, I suck at both of them, but at least with Pillars I have a fighting chance. Divinity OS is just too deep for me, so it's "Story mode" all the way.
  5. Lol beat me to it, but I had the idea for that image yesterday so I win.
  6. Sony waits for MS to announce Xbox Series X price...
  7. Yeah, I remember reading a preview article about it in an EGM or Gamepro or something and being pretty excited because I was a huge Splinter Cell fan at the time. But that was the first/last time I ever saw anything on it. On a side note, I'm curious what Ghost herself would look like if they decided to reboot the concept. We all know women aren't allowed to have curves or long hair nowadays, nevermind the skin tight outfit.
  8. If its crossplay thats probably why its capped at 60. Hopefully this beta will show how the combat system can be exploited and can be fixed.
  9. I hear ya. But my wife chops vegetables in reality the same way they do in the game. So i'd rather her limit herself to the virtual kitchen, especially since she keeps setting it on fire.
  10. Yeah 4 players is tough. 3 is the sweet spot as you can usually have the best player handling two tasks and the other two handling singular tasks. 4 players is too hard for me, as our situation is usually one decent player, two that are casual gamers at best, and one that needs constant reminders of which button is the A button. In other words, when the best player on the team is ME, we're in deep shit lol.
  11. See, that's what i hated about Horizon. That kind of combat is great for a Dark Souls or a Ninja Gaiden type game. But for a game of that length, where i had to go from point A to point B, to point C, then over to point G, then back to point A via point F, (and then do it all over again) having to use specific strategy every time i came across a corrupted robot (which was like, every 30 seconds) it got tedious as shit to do anything and i would groan whenever i had to actually walk somewhere. I ended up running/sneaking past 90% of the ones i came across. That and Alloy's mouth hung open a lot.
  12. It just seemed that way cuz she was standing next to Sessler all the time. I joke, she was cute, but every once in a while she'd make a face or the light would hit her a certain way and it was like the illusion was broken lol.
  13. I beat it but had to sneak around all the bad robots cuz fighting was such a chore. At least Ubi's combat is a button mashy afterthought lol.
  14. But AC and Far Cry both follow the exact Ubi template they said they wanted to change. Surely any big AAA 2020 release is too far along to change up. My guess is Far Cry and AC are both going to be as Ubisoft as ever.
  15. He's probably having health issues and doesnt want it dragged through the media for clicks.
  16. I'll be honest. I'm so burned out on Batman and the same five villains he fights every single time, I couldn't care less about anything concerning him... but.... If they did a "soft reboot" of Batman and it was in the style of Adam West in the 60's in all of its cheesy glory, I'd be all over it.
  17. Hey all he needs now are bushy eyebrows and a captain's hat and he'll be a Scooby-Doo villain. In all seriousness though, I've always found listening to Sessler talk extremely exhausting. He's at his best (and most tolerable) when he's part of a larger group discussion or when doing an interview because he always had valid points but when he just started doing the thing where he just talked to the camera, that was it for me.
  18. I can't virtually co-exist with my wife. She keeps killing my Sim. You know how it feels to have a wife that keeps virtually killing you?
