I was half of ResidentEvil_fanboy. My dad got tired of paying for two IGN accounts so he used my account on boards I didn't visit. I remember getting called out because, I think it might have even be @Xbob42, noticed how shitty my posts were on the paid xbox forums, but the nintendo posts were good. I didn't even know account sharing was against tos.

But at least I have a PC What I don't have is a device that will only ever be useful for like 3 games. Nor do I even really want that.

Then, I kinda just want to say yer fucked, buddy. At least for anything modern. If you have missed out on a bunch of shit from the PS3 and 360 generation then that would be the best place for less story driven single player games. Not that there won't be story, but there will be less with something like Gears of War or Halo. Fable 1-3 might be good options.

Anyway. Try Dark Souls. Or Zelda. DOOM 2016 and DOOM Eternal are good options. Almost any FPS would be a good option if it isn't open world. And stay away from anything Sony first or second party. They get labeled cinematic for a reason. Also look for indie games. Pretty much any AAA game with a fantasy flair is going to have big story these days.

Nope. Aside from Loki, I've watched no other D+ marvel show and after that ending I was disgusted enough to not watch anything that would come after. I don't even know what half that shit on the menu is. I don't know shit about Secret Invasion, Echo, The Marvels, Ironheart, Thunderbolts, or Agatha. Haven't watched the Falcon/Winter Soldier show, and I've never seen the old Blade movies. The only post endgame movies I have watched are spiderman I believe. Only thing Mahvel has to offer me is more Daredevil.

I mean, it is a smart move. Not confusing at all. DnD has become far more mainstream and I don't even play it. There is Critical Role for one which is pretty popular and has as lot of normie fans, which DnD dungeon dwellers dislike and hate CR for. DnD on twitch overall became somewhat popular in general thanks to a bunch of big streamers getting together and doing campaigns. While live streaming content isn't as popular as traditional media it has plenty of fans. DnD memes are massive on reddit often breaking the top 100 one r/all and there are many twitter screen shots as well so there is clearly some twitter users invested in DnD. And then there is the new Baldur's gate which will make some newer gamers more aware of DnD. And DnD is a recognized name overall which will cause even the most radicalized Christian grandmother to look at the name twice.

Yeah, I've seen some DnD, uh, purists? Like, ones who have no interest outside of the actual game including video games. Anyway, those people seem to have already written it off. Not that they were saying it looked like shit, but they could not care less about this movie and have no interest in seeing it. I want some more fuckin' fantasy so I'll probably see this. I mean, I even watched the WoW movie because holy shit the fantasy genre is fucking empty when it comes to movies and shit. For years it seems like classic fantasy shit has been limited to isekai anime. At least when it comes to shit you can watch. I know there is some shit on Netflix, but that is like from video games. Sure, DnD is a game I guess, but it isn't really the same. Like, you could remove the DnD part and this would still be the same movie.
