At any rate, the Dems are hinging the impeachment inquiry into just this Ukraine stuff, so they'll not make any sort of compelling (volume-wise) case for the Senate to convict. And I believe the scandal is just too wonky for the general public to care more than they don't already, or to sway people that aren't plugged in to it. Trump asked a foreign government to investigate his potential Presidential election opponent and threatened to withhold the money promised if they didn’t do the investigation. Boom, that’s it. If Biden wasn’t the front runner, it would have been Bernie or Warren that he would have asked a foreign government to investigate. And it has nothing to do with Hunter Biden working with a Ukrainian company, because then he asked China to do the same thing ON CAMERA for some reason.
