There just needed to be a good guy with a gun to stop her from trying to kill a puppy and her kid. Puppy and kid lived, owner got cited for a loose dog, mom got charged. Either way, she proved she shouldn't be in possession of a gun and her own kid has to pay the price. Physically now and mentally forever.
