  1. The intended age range for these movies isn’t 3-6. But yeah I think a lot of parents do talk to their kids. Despite how it seems there’s a lot more good people in this world than bad. I can remember my parents making sure I understood certain things when I was a kid. That ways people acted in movies and tv is not the way to act in real life.
  2. Sweet Christ. I didn’t think it would be possible to be a more boring POS game than RDR2 but this game pulled it off. I think that game where you’re a airline passenger is probably more excited. This is why “artistic geniuses” need a filter sometimes. Good lord.
  3. The gameplay is so perfect that I can never really give up on this game. If they fix everything else I’ll be back in a heart beat.
  4. so do you think they should be buried and people pretend they never existed? imo that’s where parenting comes in.
  5. Disagree completely. That would be the equivalent of brushing it under the rug and pretending it didn’t happen or doesnt exist. I’m happy it’s there, not only can I share some amazing art from my childhood with my son but it provides an AMAZING opportunity for teaching him about the way things used to be and what was wrong right and wrong with it inside a context that he can easily understand and relate too.
  6. But made by Respawn so they cancel each other out. Also as someone who really likes Death Stranding and Red Dead Redemption II, I think you’ve lost all credibility when evaluating whether or not a game is boring 😂
  7. Man I LOVED that episode. Everything about it was so interesting. It was Star Wars and yet it wasn’t. The music certainly wasn’t Star Wars but it might be my favorite television score of the year. Can’t wait for Friday.
  8. WB has a disclaimer on all its old cartoons as well. I think it’s a good thing. It’s companies acknowledging their past and the missteps they took.
  9. B-b-b-but no one making any of the Star Wars movies know what they’re doing? There’s no unified vision!! All the kids who own every Star Wars book told me so!!!
  10. Got a few minutes to scroll around before it crashed. I honestly felt like I was gonna cry haha. EVERYTHING from my childhood is here. Gummi Bears, Gargoyles, X Men, Spider-Man, Duck Tales, Dark Wing Duck. I’m so happy right now lol
  11. There’s nothing wrong playing into the biological sex of a child when they’re born. As long as your open, responsible and accepting if they start to exhibit signs of kicking back against it. My son had all boy clothes and everything when he was a baby but as he grew and and started making choices for himself we just never “corrected” him if he wanted to buy or wear something “meant for girls”. He’s 5 now and he loves pink stuff, currently both his shoes (glittery chuck Taylor’s) and his new winter jacket (sheer purple coat with pink fuzzy lining) are technically from the girls section. He likes them cause of the colors. I have no idea if he’s gay, trans or just loves colors. And if he does end up gay or trans I don’t think we did any damage to him buy getting him all boys stuff when he was very little.
  12. If the micro transactions are purely cosmetic then who cares. I also have zero problem paying for expansions. Imo games have stayed a flatline price for 15 years and have only gone up $10 over the course of like 30 years. If the quality of the product is good, I have no problem paying for it.
  13. Is this connected to the Dark Universe or did they ditch that idea cause this looks awesome
  14. I love the idea of this thread but Jesus this is gonna take me some time to sit down and remember all the games haha
  15. Can already tell that this is gonna be incredible and I’m probably gonna be sobbing through half of it.
  16. well generally speaking I’m talking about games from the Genesis/SNES era. Games like Aladdin, Lion King, Stargate, True Lies, Robocop. Hell even the terrible Jaws and Nightmare on Elm Street games on the NES I loved. That Matrix game is the only “modern” game I can think of off the top of my head that I loved.
  17. I’ve experienced none of this. What aggressive play was rewarded in MW 1/2? Unless you’re referring to those assholes who ran around knifing everyone?
  18. yeah I’m hoping for a simultaneous release. I couldn’t believe how well it was implemented and played with a console controller.
