The intended age range for these movies isn’t 3-6. But yeah I think a lot of parents do talk to their kids. Despite how it seems there’s a lot more good people in this world than bad. I can remember my parents making sure I understood certain things when I was a kid. That ways people acted in movies and tv is not the way to act in real life.

General Gaming Update: RIP in Peace, Anthem
Mercury33 replied to skillzdadirecta's topic in The Spawn Point
The gameplay is so perfect that I can never really give up on this game. If they fix everything else I’ll be back in a heart beat. -
Disagree completely. That would be the equivalent of brushing it under the rug and pretending it didn’t happen or doesnt exist. I’m happy it’s there, not only can I share some amazing art from my childhood with my son but it provides an AMAZING opportunity for teaching him about the way things used to be and what was wrong right and wrong with it inside a context that he can easily understand and relate too.

General Gaming Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order OT

But made by Respawn so they cancel each other out. Also as someone who really likes Death Stranding and Red Dead Redemption II, I think you’ve lost all credibility when evaluating whether or not a game is boring 😂- 651 replies

Television The Mandalorian OT - This is the Way

Man I LOVED that episode. Everything about it was so interesting. It was Star Wars and yet it wasn’t. The music certainly wasn’t Star Wars but it might be my favorite television score of the year. Can’t wait for Friday. -
Got a few minutes to scroll around before it crashed. I honestly felt like I was gonna cry haha. EVERYTHING from my childhood is here. Gummi Bears, Gargoyles, X Men, Spider-Man, Duck Tales, Dark Wing Duck. I’m so happy right now lol

Blast from Waukee gender reveal felt over 2 miles away
Mercury33 replied to Jason's topic in The Political Re-Education Camp
There’s nothing wrong playing into the biological sex of a child when they’re born. As long as your open, responsible and accepting if they start to exhibit signs of kicking back against it. My son had all boy clothes and everything when he was a baby but as he grew and and started making choices for himself we just never “corrected” him if he wanted to buy or wear something “meant for girls”. He’s 5 now and he loves pink stuff, currently both his shoes (glittery chuck Taylor’s) and his new winter jacket (sheer purple coat with pink fuzzy lining) are technically from the girls section. He likes them cause of the colors. I have no idea if he’s gay, trans or just loves colors. And if he does end up gay or trans I don’t think we did any damage to him buy getting him all boys stuff when he was very little. -

well generally speaking I’m talking about games from the Genesis/SNES era. Games like Aladdin, Lion King, Stargate, True Lies, Robocop. Hell even the terrible Jaws and Nightmare on Elm Street games on the NES I loved. That Matrix game is the only “modern” game I can think of off the top of my head that I loved.
