    I still don’t see quite the same variety and insanity as some of the top years. But I will admit for me part of it is that I was done with ps4 fidelity at that point so I waited to play Ghost/TLOU2/Ff7R until the next year for ps5/pc versions.

    Years like 2007, 2017, 2023 are great overall gaming years with huge varied releases on all platforms that would be hard for someone to find lacking no matter what platform they play on. 2020 was a great playstation year and Animal Crossing came out

    I’m not really arguing either lol, I said I think FF16 looks great, just the iq/fps is such that it’s worth waiting for me, I know that’s not what you are talking about, but it’s what I’m talking about for my impressions!

    Depends what you count, I would probably be blown away by about anything last gen up at 12k/360fps!

    I still think Gotham Knights looks better maxed out now at 4k/120 on pc than this game looks in its current ps5 profile tbf I do think this is one of the best looking games out based on the demo, it’s up there in the small list of current gen worthy games Ive played. It’s just also heavily compromised on iq/performance and that gets fixed in a year, two years tops by waiting. It’s not so bad that if it was something that was on top of my list I would wait, but my level of interest and the level of compromise here is just right for me to only buy this game once!

    Yeah it’s weird as switching from an original 22 (why did they even set this tho) release date to indefinite normally sounds like a death kneel but unlike when this usually happens, if coincided with new footage and the first look at real gameplay. I’m going to give benefit of the doubt to the company that released two 90+ meta games so far this year that they just don’t know if it will be 24-26 yet.

    Started the single player tour and I could see it getting pretty addictive. It does feel like they merged Street Fighter into Final Fight in a way. My biggest complaint is still I wish I could have just played as Ryu or something. But at least it does have the other characters in it and there does seem to be a little bit of story outside of standard tutorial fare.

    I haven’t tried it but I’m guessing you just need a linux video app like vlc that can play sbs and then a rip one of your movies and that should work in steamdeck desktop mode.

    I forget if it was like a short horror story or just something I made up in my head but I always picture a bad way to go would be if someone tied you up and then started skinning you alive with a sharp cheese grater like all the way up and down your body sliver by sliver. Anyway that’s what I have coming for you guys I’m so mad
