This has been news for a week or two now but there wasn’t anything released yet worth talking about. But now Riley has brought his excellent made for iOS multi system emulator Delta officially to the app store. It of course supports actual gamepads like xbox pads or backbone attachments. Though the nicely designed haptics means that if you are just playing a bit at the dentist it won’t be the worst time using those. Right now it’s just Nintendo systems but the alt store version supports some other systems and this says more to come, so expect to see t16, genesis, etc. Now we wait to see when Retroarch and Dolphin make it over! Delta Game Emulator Now Available From App Store on iPhone WWW.MACRUMORS.COM Game emulator apps have come and gone since Apple announced App Store support for them on April 5, but now popular game emulator Delta from developer...

Hey I post OC sometimes too. But yeah scores are of note to me, because they affect how a game sells. So if it’s a game I like I want it to get good scores. But I don’t let the score decide for me if I like a game or not. To me the most important thing is if the game is the type of game I feel like playing at the moment. I’m playing Alone in the Dark despite its low 60s score and having a great time because it’s the type of game I feel like playing now. I could play DD2 which has great reviews and is more polished with more refined mechanics..but it’s not a 1920’s noir horror story set in a mansion with a lot of puzzles to solve. There’s flaws, but being the type of game I want to play far outweighs them.

Also a reminder that the makers of the great Wolfenstein reboots, MachineGames, is who is working on the Indiana Jones game coming later this year. They are also the team that came from ex-starbreeze aka The Darkness/Ridick which holds well for their first person melee pedigree with the whip and stuff. Game is gonna rule.

General Gaming ~*D1P's Games of 2024*~
stepee replied to Commissar SFLUFAN's topic in The Spawn Point
Starfield Bleed 2 Armored Core 6 Returnal Ys9 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) Vampyr Suicide Squad Mario vs Dk Penny’s Big Breakaway Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake Horizon Burning Shores Princess Peach Showtime Pepper Grinder - Awesome platformer that completely nails its central mechanic. It’s short with only 20 levels and four boss fights (and the last boss is an annoying difficulty spike) but it’s also $15 which is a fair price and to get all 5 medals in all of the levels took me just shy of 7 hours. I’ll definitely be going back just to play around and also to do the time attack now that I don’t need to find medals. While a 79oc isn’t bad I still feel it got hit too hard for being short considering the replay-ability and fantastic execution of what is on display here. I’d give it a 8.7/10. It is too bad it’s not a little longer, even if that raises the price, but that is what Pepper Grinder 2 will surely be for! -
I’m doing Ubi+ like I always do anyway so I’ll be playing whatever the most deluxe version is. This game is going to rule.

Shadows of the Empire was about $180 in todays money when it came out, even if you do buy the ultimate version at launch you are getting a hell of a deal these days in comparison!

General Gaming What are you playing today?
stepee replied to CastlevaniaNut18's topic in The Spawn Point
I’m making good progress on PepperGrinder. I got 100% on the first three worlds about to head to the fourth and final world. Game may be short but it’s priced right, is very replay-able and its mechanics just feel wonderful.
