I’ve recently realized that pretty much any game show or game show season the main thing I want are Nintendo platformers and Mario games and besides a few exceptions everything else is secondary. Like, I enjoy all my AAA story stuff, but my Mario stuff is what I need to know about more urgently and what I usually get the least info ahead of time on. So yeah this show pretty much made today feel like a holiday.

It’s just that it’s kind of like they aimed about as low as possible for performance and IQ and so yeah they totally nailed it lol

I think his biggest mistake with that is just overvaluing how much twitter, and himself, can really do to win elections. I would have chosen to keep my brand in better shape instead but who knows. Usually it’s the politicians who try to convince the working class that the real issue is the working class and that the rich are the ones who have their back. The actual billionaires seem to prefer to stay away for obvious reasons and pretend to be some sort of humanitarian centrist. Elon chose to plead the case himself, obviously seeing a value in exploiting the MAGA crowd. So now you get the worlds richest man out there pretending he’s some underdog truth prophet and it’s all kinda really dumb. Time will tell but I think unless your name is Donald Trump then it’s a bad bet to stake your future on the MAGA crowd. At some point they will want more extremism out of him than he will be willing to take the financial risk for and he’s just goin to be left living in a country that hates him.

Well yeah, I mean I know nobody knew because it’s obviously not the case :P But everyone was saying the same thing all year and there were def industry rumors/word on that but I’m not going to write a report on the subject lol Either way, point is to never try to guess Nintendo anything. Just like I’m sure a lot of us are thinking we get a new 3D Mario with a Switch 2 launch, but we need to remember they also released 3DS with Pilot Wings Resort!

Lol the same day huh? Both games will sell literally all of the copies and neither will have an issue with any release date but the real loser here is time management. Thinking of asking for my job back so that I can quit it again in time for this.

Warioware is one of the most fun series out there so yeah I like them. The last switch one was great and really helped me through that period right when I got out of the hospital and was in intense pain and unable to walk. I would prefer it wasn’t motion only stuff but at least I can use xreal so I don’t need to have it take up the tv. I’m sure it’ll be a blast. But yeah new Mario, Warioware, Mario RPG Remake, Detective Pikachu 2, and likely something cool staring Peach, this show definitely knows what I like. Funny that rumors were that Zelda was the last big Switch game. Nintendo rumors from industry people are almost always wrong it seems. 2023 is officially an all timer now with a strong Nintendo showing to round things up.

Man this looks really fucking good if a little closer to NSMB style that Id like. It looks to have a ton of creativity and to be less formulaic though, and I have a feeling there’s a decent bit left to show too. Can’t believe I get this and a new proper 2d Sonic this year.

I like the clean look because it keeps it feeling cartoony dark like the Alice games, which Im using this to fill my nostalgia for as well.

Okay I really liked what I played of the demo. I played up until after the first kinda mini boss with the key and was able to level up a bit. From the demo it doesn’t seem to be anything insane on the challenge so I’ll go into this without cheats first and see how I do. I love how it looks and the combat feels great to me but I’m not an expert in these types of games. Definitely want to lose myself in this world a bit, atmosphere is spot on. Runs super efficient, maxed out at 150-165fps on my laptop at 1600p dlss balanced (and there is no dlss3 even). A few loading stutters but maybe it’ll be even better at launch.
