  1. Rainbow roll is my go-to at any new place as sort of a "test" for any new sushi place I go. You get an idea how they construct something as simple as the California roll base, and can sample the quality of a few different varieties of fish. I also like trying a place's mackerel nigiri. Some places put little different twists on it. Like a brush of ponzu, or a dab of hot sauce, maybe just a brush of soy. And some just straight up put a slice of fish on rice. Spider Roll was my first sushi roll. It's big thing is it has deep fried, soft shell crab inside. I like many different kinds of sushi rolls. A Philly Roll is almost like a good desert sushi roll.
  2. My current job does not allow any PTO to carry over to the next year. I do not care for that. I hate nickel and diming with my time off when I start to approach a cap. I hate the idea of using time I do not have just to break even at 0 come Dec 31st. If a company really wanted to impress me with accrued time they would allow full accrual carry over of PTO and pay me out for any time that would have been accrued past the cap. Like small bonus each check for not taking time off. My previous job allowed carry over of PTO up to the cap of 120 hours. We also got a yearly floating holiday that did not carry over. And each quarter we got 8 hours of "personal" time (like sick time) which would allow 40 hours to carry over. I liked that plan. Downside was if you quit or were laid off you only got paid out on the standard PTO. When I got laid off I had 116 hours of PTO that I got paid for, and 12 hours of personal time that I did not get paid for.
  3. Looks like they finally updated it. I checked Tue and Wed and it did not have a purchase option through the store, and I could only find it by using search. It was not listed in the backwards compatible games section. Neither were there Tue, but Conviction was there Wed.
  4. Is Blacklist only BC with disc? I am not seeing the option to purchase it from the store.
  5. I always like Man of Steel. There were some things I took issue with, but overall I enjoyed it. It was far more cohesive than BvS. People complained that in Superman Returns he doesn't punch anyone. That there was very little action. Well, here they got a ton of action. What did they want? DBZ, where Superman and powerful evil thing/guy just fight it out on an uninhabited island or in the desert? I also like Superman Returns. I liked the emotional aspect of him having to come to terms with the life he left behind, and the people that moved on. He was faced with something his powers couldn't fix.
  6. So they will finally stop pitching it to me the one time a year I go in there to get a Steam Gift Card for my brother. Good.
  7. I never thought I would say this, but I am rooting against the hedge fund.
  8. How much of that accounts for cultural cooperation with the police? Not that the police have not fostered a breakdown in trust and cooperation with black and other minority communities.
  9. I would have to go into caves. Little fuckers would follow me through forests for over 200u, and when I thought I lost them they just appeared and started shooting me again.
  10. Where did you eat? I managed that at Gordon Ramsey Steak getting the Hell's Kitchen tasting menu. It's $150/person and if one person at the table does it, everyone at the table has to. So the two of us,plus drinks came out around there.
  11. The trailer made it look like it was a bit on the campy side. Closer to a Sharknado than even to a Deep Blue Sea.
  12. I think his point is ... Last of Us 2 on Xbox One X < Last of Us 2 on PS4 Pro > Last of Us 2 on PC
  13. Yeah I almost wanted to uninstall the game within the first 30 minutes. Those sentinels are annoying. There was no advance warning, and when i destroyed the first one, barely survived and 2 more spawned I was ready to throw my controller. Then I find my ship and have no idea what I need to do. The Tips/Objectives in the lower right of the screen are easy to miss. I started really liking the game once I got used to the gameplay loop, but then I started getting attacked by much more powerful fighters everytime I leave a planet. It's like the sentinels all over again. I want to get a friend into the game, but I am definitely going to have to help him get through the intro, otherwise he will uninstall the game.
  14. I only drink Coke with whiskey or spiced rum in it. Luckily I am not drinking as much now as I was earlier this year.
  15. Take in a show. Magic shows are good, so are Cirque Du Soleil. The buffet at Ceasar's Palace was a bucket list food thing for me when I went a couple years ago. I thought it was worth it. I liked the quality and the variety was amazing. It is popular and busy enough you have to go and set a reservation in advance.
